I stopped drinking soda at the beginning of the year, I don't regret it because I always felt a little sick, I just had to drink soda and wait for a time to pass, I already wanted to throw up
@@niniavlis that’s probably because some people can have soda it’s just in moderation aka as long as you don’t have too much of it and some sodas can settle your stomach if you are sick like some people can drink 7 up if they are sick. Like I drink soda and I just don’t drink soda 24/7. I only drink soda when Iam in the mood for soda and the only sodas I drink are Fanta,A&W Rootbeer,7up,sometimes sprite,I have also tried frostie blue cream soda and that’s pretty much the only sodas I drink when I want a soda because I don’t like Mountain Dew,pepsi,coke or the other remaining sodas even though I did try Mountain Dew at one point Iam just not the biggest fan of Mountain Dew and other sodas but I still will drink Mountain Dew if the other sodas that I actually like aren’t in stock at a store but Mountain Dew is like a last resort soda so I don’t drink it 24/7 since it’s not my favorite and the others I only drink when I actually feel like having a soda. 7up I also mainly only have if I am sick.
