Yes, I did the My Life Floor Plan page. One revelation I had is that too often I'm bored and have goto activities that aren't on my top ten goals list like consuming random content on the internet. I'll click on a link to see what celebrities who were popular decades ago look like now or what they are doing now. How many times do I need to click on click bait?!?! I need to catch myself when I'm bored and then work on a goal instead. I realize it's ok to have some downtime where I'm not working on a goal, but sometimes I get distracted for hours at a time. I seriously need to have some time where I turn off my phone and my computer and just get stuff done without electronics. I will definitely be buying the workbook when it comes out.

Yourself is bomb!!! It is so you with the margarita o'clock and the junk snacks when you feel like it but still in moderation. Also it makes other people feel like health and fitness are alot more relatable to see that you also have the foods you love sometimes too.
Yes! Such an important topic, and thing, to be yourself! Not being yourself will likely lead you to be less happy because you may not always being doing what you love. Love how you shared your experience Angie, and so happy you are being and sharing yourself ❤️

Presenting the true me is something that I have struggled with when I think about starting a channel. Honestly, and not digging for compliments here, I ask myself if I am interesting enough to have a channel. The answer is yes, of course! I may not be "so and so" but I am me. I need to work on fully embracing that and then actually taking the steps to make it happen! 💖

I really liked todays chit-chat...thanks so much Angie for sharing your story! I used to become extremely anxious after every single post I made. I also found there was an unhealthy 'competition' to have the best posts or the most likes or a certain need to create content to get likes by certain people in friend groups... so toxic right? Also, at that time there were people in my life that would always have something negative to say about what I posted; but since then I've cut all those people out of my life. I've grown to discover who my real avatar is and made sure I surrounded myself with people that would continuously encourage me. Now my posts are are everything any anything that I love and it feels SO good not be anxiously waiting for what certain people would say or if people would even LIKE the post. Nowadays I post all the treasures that make me happy like Disney things, food vlogs, Kpop idols (BTS!!) :) :) But it did take a long time to get to this state of mind and feel comfortable. On another note, there only 1 day left (I watched this clip a day later) but I still can't believe I'm here!!!!!! I'm so proud of myself and everyone who made it this far!!!! GO TEAM! #showup #day29
So excited to apply what I’ve learned over the past month to November!! I have a better understanding of who I authentically am, what I really want, and what I need to do to be more consistent!! So so so good! Cannot wait for the workbook to launch and to go into 2023 with my daily grind planner, workbook, and a bigger vision

Can't believe there are only 2 days left 🥲 This month has been a huge life changer for me. I did the "my life floorplan" and my awakening was that I never made time for fun! Which is madness as I'm a fun person, a huge geek at heart and a bit of a weirdo (in a good way) 🤣I used to hold back parts of myself because I thought people will think I'm odd. But now I've built confidence to just be me. Even down to how I've named some of my packages in my beauty business, there are hints of my personality and humour in them which clients get (and those are my people). One of my top ten goals for November is to schedule a fun activity every week and now that my early morning is solid and I've freed up so much more time, this will be so achievable and who knows where it will lead.
