Cuz hes so useless before level 8 so just strengthen ur lane with a poke ability which actually does good damage with just doren ring and mejai first back. I just seen a video on it and it fixes all his problems and it doesnt delay his "spikes" and his good late game as you build the same just have a different starting item and 3 points W
