Wow I can't believe I've never seen your videos before. Your style is sooo beautiful!!! I admire it soo much. Your very different and your elegant designs are not like the normal nail art community. I use to crave this kind of work but could never visually imagine it, nor ever saw it.
Thanks for answering my questions. Like I said in my message, been drooling at these for ages since I had seen her videos and a lot of Korean nail art videos.
Thank you so much for the video. I love your nail art videos you are very talented. I have just ordered my second lot of EM.i products they are amazing I can see it turning into a rather expensive habit I'm such a nail junkie:-)
Beautiful. I received an order from e.mi a few weeks ago and just started playing around with various products. This is one I haven’t used yet. Thank you! Yes shipping was expensive, but holy crap it was fast. Faster than state to state.
Yeah, the last time I ordered it was over $400 dollars and I got the package really fast too. I love their products...just wish there was US distributor.
Love this technique 💗 As you said you could stamp an image and trace over 👍 I love the matte base ..These gels are gorgeous 😍 but extremely pricey ...I daren't look at the website just in case because I know I wouldn't be able to resist pressing that buy button ..lol....Beautful tutorial TY xox
Yes, pricey but I can say the quality is great and I love the color coordinated boxed sets. I'm looking through my stamping plate collection now looking for suitable ones to try.
There are a lot of gel paint brands, Mosaic and First Gel are my usual go to paints. There is also an inexpensive brand on Ebay called LVMAY, these are quite thick and hold lines really nicely.
hey very pretty nails ❤ ìm from Denmark, do you now where i can get those water stickers you use ?? thanks for your really wonderfull video you make, they are amazing and very helpfull - please make more love Kristina 😍
I love you`re work! Can you recommend gel paint that is good quality but cheaper than E.mi?I use the silcare color gels they are good but not for this design.I mixed them with thick builder gel and it did`nt work too. Thanks
The least expensive paints I've found and are quite thick, so spreading will be at a minimum is LVMAY off eBay: www.ebay.com/itm/LVMAY-12-Colors-3D-Nail-Art-Paint-Draw-Painting-Acrylic-Color-UV-Gel-Tip-DIY-Kit-/272046217606 I also like Mosaic and First Gel.
so pretty, ur amazing, is there any other gel paint that you would recommend, I've been looking at emi for a while too, but was thinking exactly the same thing about price for so little product, I do have a couple of gel paints mosaic and young nails (latter is bad, had to be constantly flashed, because it moves so much, although in fairness it's not what the product was produced for,) I just want one that doesn't move at all
Yeah, the EMI empasta didn't spread at all...Mosaic and First Gel are the 2 that are thicker but even those might have to be flash cured periodically. I have ones from eBay that are quite thick, LVMAY and they are inexpensive, darker colors need thin layers as they are so pigmented they may not cure all the way through. www.ebay.com/itm/LVMAY-12-Colors-3D-Nail-Art-Paint-Draw-Painting-Acrylic-Color-UV-Gel-Tip-DIY-Kit-/272046217606
Thank You for sharing. Your work is beautiful! Have you tried Madam Glam 3D gels. They are $18.95 for a 7g tube. You find the 3D gels in the Nail Art section on their web site. I have not tried them, but am thinking about it. :) I have many of their products and am very impressed. Their No Wipe Top Coat is my favorite!
I love your nails - they are beautiful!!. I really want to do something like them myself but I am not a pro nail technician but a nail enthusiast. Is it even possible or am I dreaming?
Thank you very much! And, of course you can do something like this! I'm not a pro, just a self taught DIYer. Some designs/techniques take practice but that's why I do the demos, to hopefully help and encourage others to create their own beautiful nails. Don't give up, I think you'll surprise yourself 🤗
Thank you for getting back to me and your kind words of encouragement !! Your tutorials are top notch and I love that you include all the links to products you use (very convenient and helpful). I'm definately gonna give it a try and purchase some of the products. I do alot of nail stamping and have been into that for quite awhile so I'm really excited about incorporating some of the techniques in your tutorials with it. I Can't wait to get started - can't thank you enough for sharing - please keep those videos coming! BTW, have you (or maybe someone out there) tried any of the Wildflower Nails products?
jacqueline caldwell, just a suggestion. Make a Stamping decal, draw over your stamped design, cure, peel your decal off the stamper and apply to the nail.
Hi Kim, these are so amazing. A few questions. Can you use any water decal on dispersion layer? Do you slightly dry the back of it first before applying? Thank you for doing these videos. I learn so much.
Hi Carole, I would think you could use any decal in the dispersion layer, it certainly makes it easier to position them and remove wrinkles. I've only tried the ones from EMI and First Gel but since most water sliders are made with the same material I think they would work just fine. When I remove from the water I lightly blot the front and back on a paper towel and then slide off the decal and immediately applied to the nail. Hope that helps.
Matte gel top over the decal then apply the EMI gel...their empasta paints do not have a sticky layer so no need to cleanse. I did not use topcoat over the design, no need to, the empasta paint cures shiny.
That's just a little piece of glass tile that I took out of a larger 12x12 decorative tile from when we built our house...any home improvement store will have them.
Ur ATTN to details! Astounding!! How on earth do u do ur non dominate had +TenLittleCanvases?? The horrendous messes I manage to mk; hah! R u ambidextrous?

I notice you spin the nail around a lot while doing the tracing. how do you manage it on your actual nail when you can't spin your finger around like that?
Yeah, it sucks shipping is ridiculously expensive...but that didn't stop me from placing another order recently...I just made sure to get everything I wanted so the $45 didn't hurt so much, lol.
GIRL.....Those nails are so stinking super freaking CUTE.......I just love them.....!!!!!!! Kudos to you honey!
Thanks very much Brenda!

So how long did it take you? I loved it
your attention to detail is amazing. so are you decorating/ painting the full nail tips before they are glued on to your nails?
My nails aren't glued on...they are acrylic enhancements.

Thanks so much for answering me, really appreciate it, I'm so tired spending money on more gels to be disappointed by them 😰

how do you paint the non-dominant hand? Love the vudeo! thanks!
jacqueline caldwell, just a suggestion. Make a Stamping decal, draw over your stamped design, cure, peel your decal off the stamper and apply to the nail.
I'm semi-ambidextrous so it's a little easier for me but my eyes, my poor eyes, lol...
its amazing!!! im un love of this design
Thank you!

Hi You first get mate top next gel paint , did You clean nail after ? Did You get top on the design?that paint need top to shine?
Matte gel top over the decal then apply the EMI gel...their empasta paints do not have a sticky layer so no need to cleanse. I did not use topcoat over the design, no need to, the empasta paint cures shiny.
Hi..where did u get your crystal nail displays?
This is so beautiful, but by the amount of time it looks like it takes clients would have to pay me a lot of money lol
Maybe one or two nails only? and yes this would be a premium service...the patterns are so pretty though :).
NailsByKatieDutra how much would you charge.?
I would charge at least a dollar per minute. So you'd be looking at $20+ per nail
Totally agree.
hey
what do you call the plate you use to mix the Gel on, I can't find it anywhere 🙁 ??
thanks
That's just a little piece of glass tile that I took out of a larger 12x12 decorative tile from when we built our house...any home improvement store will have them.
Can you use something else other than the bond air?
You can probably use any bonder...the important ingredient is the ethyl acetate, it's a solvent that helps the decal adhere and dissolves the excess .
Where can I buy the brushes that u use. Thanks
I provide a link to the brush in the info section of the video :D.
Do you do these designes on actual clients or is it too time consuming for both you and client? I love the idea of these designs.
These are definitely time consuming....I am not a pro so I don't work on clients.
Ur ATTN to details! Astounding!!
How on earth do u do ur non dominate had +TenLittleCanvases?? The horrendous messes I manage to mk; hah! R u ambidextrous?
Thank you!...I guess I am semi-ambidextrous...I don't have too many issues using my non-dominant hand.
cant find the First Gel water decals online can u please leave a link
www.firstgel.de/shop/nail-sticker-259/nail-sticker-254.html
I want those products, I'm in EU.
They ship to the EU. Get some! :D.

I’m bilingual, that’s very nice of you to leave a message in Spanish 😁
I notice you spin the nail around a lot while doing the tracing. how do you manage it on your actual nail when you can't spin your finger around like that?
I managed fine by turning my hand to look at them from the tips...didn't really have any issues.
Did anybody know if EMI has a USA distributor now???? Thank you
Not that I have been able to find.
Ten Little Canvases , thank you, I wish they had ☹️
I ordered from emi postage is so high. I hope it's worth it. Thanks for your videos
Yeah, it sucks shipping is ridiculously expensive...but that didn't stop me from placing another order recently...I just made sure to get everything I wanted so the $45 didn't hurt so much, lol.
Can you please send me the site you got the first gel decals from I've been searching but it does not come up
www.firstgel.de/shop/nail-sticker-259/nail-sticker-254.html
did you learn to do nails on your own or did you go to School?
Hi Shirley...I taught myself...LOTS of practice, experimenting, watching videos has led me to now, hopefully helping others :D.
😍💅🏻💖
Do my nails please💅🏾
THIS IS SAD & SICK...
