sadly it's not half as epic as the german original. The voice actors (especially the one of the minion) is so enthuastic and charmant in the german version and the english one is rather blunt. And also the translation gave up a few of the best jokes in the speech :/ (quasi eine defäkatorische Pissrinne!)

The third act felt rushed AF, especially near the ending, I wonder what happened to the writers to decide it.

Voice acting should have been more dramatic. The idea is that he's whipping the evil crowd up like Hitler, but with couched insults and nonsense. The actor didn't really let loose in the performance, and it just sounds like someone reading lines.

To be fair, this is Rufus' first speech. I mean, it must be really hard for him, since he's giving a speech to 11 000 Organon soldiers. But yeah, the guy who voiced Rufus (Kerry Shale) definitely could've indeed done better

They probably did it it this way on purpose. Argus isn't supposed to be monstrously evil after all, he's trying to protect his subordinates like Rufus protects the Deponians and Cletus the Elysians. I think if they acted it out in full dictator mode, it wouldn't have been in line with the characters.
