Thank you very much for this amazing tutorial.
What a simple but also beautiful painting and your explanation was really clear to me.
Again thank you very much.

Très réussi avec les couleurs et les nuances!
Thank you 😊

Thanks for your comment 👍
It's so nice. ❤
Thank you! 😊
Thank you. So beautiful painting.
Thanks 😊
Doing is understanding 😃! After two attempts, I’m finally getting the hang of how to join up lights and darks, helping the eye to travel around the painting. Also, working quickly - if imprecisely - really helps to give watercolour that freshness we all strive for. Thank you so much for your great demo’s Robert!
You are welcome 😊 Glad it's going well .

Beautiful. I can feel weather in this painting. Loose and realistic, great!. Love the sheep, they set a lovely/country scene that draws your eye to first. Thank you so much as well for excellent tips again Robert.😊

Really like this one Robert. On the topic of what to paint. Always like your land/seascapes. How about some portraits? Cheers Brian.
Yes, I really enjoy the challenge of painting portraits. Great suggestion. 👍
Looking forward to some faces in the future Robert. Cheers!
Ps I've prob done 10 portraits, drawing using the Loomis method. Only 2/3 happy with. Theyre very hard, especially the balance between artiness and likeness.
Thank you.
You're welcome!

Stunning!

Karel here from America absolutely gorgeous but question maybe I missed. Foreground sheep did you rubber cement, Frisket, to keep paper white or did you paint around. That for me would have been tough. Would have painted in an ended up using titan white.
I painted around the sheep to leave the white paper. I made a plan at the start to do this....easy to forget though!
