And I got stage 4 cancer I got diagnosed right at the beginning of the pandemic I've been doing Cancer treatments since then my oncologist told me not to get the vaccine praise Jesus I didn't get it I was given three to six months to live without chemo going on close to three years thank you Lord Jesus

Our Lord has definitely blessed me through the Robertson’s. I work a 13 hour night shift and the one thing that gets me through is listening to Unashamed and The Duck Call Room. Even repeats if I’m already up to date. Love all of them and God bless them

Something to consider about the men, leaving after fishing is that Peter was married - so the money they could’ve earned from all the fish that they brought in would’ve been able to support her staying back behind while he went off to learn with Jesus.

Your point about discipleship is sooooo right. It has taken me decades to really understand what it means to be a disciple of Christ and that being a disciple is the very best opportunity in life! I always walked some kind of line struggling to make my faith in Jesus work in my kingdom (the place where what I want done is done) instead of recognizing my kingdom stinks and never can satisfy the purpose and plan of my life in His Kingdom. Massive difference.
Actually Colossians says…I have died and my life is hidden with Christ in God. I won’t be back until He comes back is what the scripture says. Col 3

None of the disciples expected Jesus to be resurrected. They were hiding behind closed doors afraid that they were going to be arrested.
I remember that when an obvious spiritual lesson finally comes into focus for me. I don't beat myself up for not understanding it sooner; because Jesus understood. He revealed himself to them so they could get used to the fact of his resurrection before he appeared to others in general. He knows our weaknesses.

For myself as a toddler, and many I know, beards often frighten children because they can’t see your face to recognize you as, well, human. You look like a bear or wolf coming at them for all they know. Maybe. I could be wrong 😊 but I doubt it, as it’s how I experienced it. I know you shaved for charity once. So glad she warmed up to you and hope she continues to enjoy her Rock was it? I love my husband’s beard and he never wants to cut it but I wonder if he would consider it for when grand babies come. 😊

Still no comment on the Chosen? I believe you owe it to your listeners to address this issue especially after Jase was advocating so strongly for the show. Side note Jonah was swallowed by a large fish not a whale, being dead for 3 days in the belly of the fish the same way Christ was dead and then resurrected on the third day. Jesus Christ brings the fish to the net, our job is to simply cast the net.
Someone from The Chosen explained something to the effect that they have no control over the people in the crew who film the show.
