I make paper weight with dried flowers and clear resin... I simply cut all the spent flowers, dry them, clean dust from petals and then make paper weight...

I have shifted small rose plants on my rooftop. Temperature is around 40 here. They are under direct sunlight. Their sizes are between 6 and 9 inches. Watering is good. Soil is fertilized as well. But they are drying. Their leaves turn brown from the center. Buds have even dried out. But new leaves are also coming. What should I do?
