I think covid also killed it. He couldn't perform to his fullest potential without an audience. But i agree this performance was amazing to a point where it blotted out later ones. Even by other performers. I hope he goes far. I would love to see more from him.

Kique is an absolute tone monster! He gives me everything I didn’t know I wanted in a performance. His choices are so unexpected! He gave us part ballad, part uptempo and I lived every moment! Dang I thought Brodie was my favorite but Kique just ATE! He reminds me of Christian a bit from American Idol last year that made it to top 5! Kique can win! Keep doing you man! I have already watched this five times. Kique is terrific. I loved watching the affection between the singers, especially Kique and Rowan. It must be such a great experience when you can find good friends even though you are competing against them.
I love how supportive all 3 were to each other! Rowan and Destiny looked like back up dancers behind him! And I love how he included them. One of my favorite performances this season.
Something I've noticed is that Kique is so pitch perfect. I haven't heard a bad note yet. So many singers this year have pitch issues or tempo/pocket issues it seems while this young man sounds flawless. I can't wait to see how far he goes.
Like, what?! I mean, What the heck just happened?! This kid was just a 7 (generously speaking) and transformed into a 14 out of 10! Dude, just hustled us. He knocked it out of the park. Like..PAW!!!! Sound, Poise, Performance, Creativity, and Owning it. 👏👏👏 I am impressed by him and his coach Gwen Stefani's intuition and direction.
I thought he was unique before but lacked something earlier. Now he looks like he's about to blossom into the full package and is a DARK HORSE for the title! What an arrangement and performance by Kique! Got the coaches and his fellow competitors up and grooving while being able to display his range, control and stage presence, seriously impressive stuff

This just came out and I’ve already watched it on repeat so many times. He’s so crazy good it inspires me. He understood the assignment! I need this on a record. He’s so original, his choices, everything.
During his blind audition he told the coaches he's really passionate and puts a lot of work into what he does. It really shows. He's definitely top 3 for me.
