I keep replaying when Ryley sings "I know when you're out, I bet she's around" repeatedly. So much talent at such a young age and he is only going to improve from here. I love Niall's reaction to this part as well. Rooting for Ryley! 👍

😂 rewatching this now I think Chance would have been a great coach for him! I forgot how many R and B influences Ryley likes. So far the songs he has released sound like singer songwriter with a guitar. So maybe it was best for him to go with Niall.

Has anyone else watch this at least 10 times already? One of the best auditions, I've seen in the last few years, for sure. Could listen to him sing almost anything, but this was such a perfect song for him. I say he definitely makes it to the finals:-)

Whoever's idea it was to make Niall a coach deserves a huge hug because he is such a natural and is so real,warm, genuine and actually has really good advice for one so young. Having done the X Factor/One Direction from such a young age, he properly relates to the artists and takes a genuine interest in them. He truly understood Ryley, his comments made me feel really warm inside and it felt like he'd been judging the voice for years not weeks

His phrasing and the emotional connection to the words and little licks and melodic changes. He made it his own and killed it. Niall face when the kid made a new phrasing decision it got me too. Goosebumps this kid has a good ear and will flip songs on its head. He has something special.

Niall (and Chance) are just such a breath of fresh air to this show, really hope this won’t be their only season! And also, being a big 1D fan I would personally love it there was a season where all the boys were coaches! That would be just too much for me!

@@kmmk5022 i think niall was definitely the right decision because he was really able to help ryley use his changing voice and the voice cracks to his advantage. niall knew how to adjust and work around it, i’m pretty sure niall suggested ryleys voice crack in the playoffs and it worked so well. i love kelly but i dont think she would’ve been able to do that for him

I had goosebumps from the time he opened his mouth, literally. To be this young and have so much control is ridiculous. He knows when to hold back, when to do a run, when to include a reef and he did all of it effortlessly. He can win this whole show and if he doesn't which I strongly believe he will, I just know he's going places. He's gonna go far in this music industry. WOW!!! I can't stop talking.....ok let me stop. This is all I'll say. HE'S AMAZING!!!!!!! I hope he goes with Kelly because I feel like she will be able to help him pick the right songs to showcase his talent more. OK I'm done. @@traciberry5141 Thanks. Niall is a good option but I feel like Kelly would've been a better coach for him with the way she's able to show emotion when singing as good as Ryley can. She works well with younger artists
@@jemhenry8199 I initially thought the same thing- but afterwards, I remember Ryley mentioning 'I'm still pretty young, so odds are my voice is still changing a bit. Niall started at my age, so I'm hoping he'll have experience working with that." I hadn't considered that aspect. Kelly would definitely have been an excellent coach for him, but if he's looking for specific techniques to work around a changing voice, I can understand him going with someone who would've experienced the same thing.
Just so people can be as sad as I still am, Ryley said he was going to sing Sweater Weather in the final, and his duet with Niall was going to be Moral of the Story... Crying yet?

So fun fact I actually go to a church camp with him every summer. We competed in the final 12 of the talent show there my senior year and got to hangout again this summer since I was staff. He is genuinely one of the nicest, sweetest, most caring people ever. He deserved every bit of recognition! Keep supporting him because I don’t doubt he’s going places!

If this kid doesn’t just sail through to the live shows, then I will be shocked. He has a rare talent and shows incredible control over his voice at such a young age! His runs are natural and not over the top. His potential is honestly through the roof and I’m rooting for either team Kelly or Niall.
