Derek will win the Olympia, he is the most improved Bodybuilder in the open class and he has got amaizing shape. Just imagine how he is going to look in a couple of years from now if this is how much he can improve in one year. Just an amazing bodybuilder. Honest question... Why do so many pros wear their belt all the time. Do you not want your core to get thicker? I was trained to not even wear it during squats and deadlifts unless it's super heavy so your core gets stronger. I honestly thing it's the reason my abs are so big. I know waist size is an issue at that weight. But for most people they want bigger thicker core muscles

Bodybuilders should just stay lean all year. They seem to have way more motivation and intense workouts when they can look at themselves ripped instead of fat.

Derek is the best right now no doubt about it, but what will be left the day of the show is anyone's guess. Training like this four weeks out, forced reps on top of forced reps set after set after set is madness. Let the diet do the work and ride it out. Just my opinion.
