    The K comp in the middle of the top row is focused on the 3khz range. Super useful on that harsh area! Agree - Definitely not shit! Enjoying the channel guys!

    Best part about this plugin is you can disengage the other compressors and just take advantage of the amazing Maag EQ section. Sounds good on a bus, but as you mentioned its designed towards mastering and hits that beautifully. I always find it hard to choose between the Maag K and the Elysia Master Comp because theyre both awesomely transparent compressors.

    The COMP RANGE knob sets the maximum reduction in dbs no matter what the threshold and ratio are, so if you have it at 4 it will not compress more than 4 db etc. The K COMB is a compressor in a particular frequency I think 3khz to smooth your sound and you can set the soft limit with the THRESH screw. I tend to use more the other functions than the compressor itself, sometimes in my mix buss , a lot at some instrument groups and I love it for vocals
