    dear sir, is this correct to divide (net cash outflows as on 31mar) by 12 to get (net cash outflows over next 30 days)

      no Rajesh, that's not the correct approach. Specially in case of cyclical companies. The companies thay got almost constant cashflows whole year , for them its ok but not for all. But as a thumb rule never this approach.
