Incoterms explained in a very easy to understand layman language with simple examples and demonstration. May I know where can I get the PDF to these Incoterms? I can't find the link on the description.
As u said in the begining of the videos u will provide only quality content ....and u r provinding exactly the same...became a fan for u r videos ....thanks for u r effort 👏👏👏
Hello Sir! To begin with, I would like to thank you for such an extensive explanation of the Incoterms. Sir, I am also a BOI staff (FOREX DEPT) and therefore would request you to make such explanatory videos on every aspect of FOREX RULES AND REGULATIONS. That will be very helpful as there are very few people with such in-depth knowledge.
Incoterms 2010 rules are still valid, as are all the previous ones right back to 1936. They do not expire, they are not replaced. Of course it makes sense to use an Incoterms 2020 rule in your new contracts.
Sir, regarding the term FCA, please explain who is responsible for export customs clearance ? Buyer or seller ? In this video i saw that export customs clearance is part of Buyer? is that correct ?
On board Bill of landing is not clear sir.. is that mean that in FCA the place of delivery will always be the port of exporter, Sir at this point FCA and FAS are same as they both delivery up to port. Pls help
Pls note in FCA the deivery can be any place between sellers premises to port. But in FAS the delievry is compulsarily beside the ship of loading. Thanks
Dear Nandhini, Passing and failing depends upon how student grasp the teachings of teacher. But yes if you grasp the concepts I discuss, then there is high probability of passing. Thanks
