In tonights #asmr video I decided to do a mix of soft spoken and whispering! I know there are a lot of folks who love when I go back and forth between the two. Lots of tracing, page flipping, and occasional tapping too. Please let me know if you'd like me to flip through more vintage magazines- I picked up a couple when I was at that Antique show so I could do more, I have some super cute issues. These little things are so precious. They're like little time capsules, and I think it so cool looking back on pop and fashion culture from different eras.
Yeah that’s why I love them! The fashion is an obvious draw but you get a sneak peek into a slice of history as well. History often gets painted as huge stories but so much of it can be found in small moments like these too.

I actually really enjoy finding old magazines from long ago before my time and reading through them. I especially enjoy the ads as well. I love anything vintage honestly. I find myself oftentimes purchasing old vintage cookbooks too. They are so interesting. I would have loved to get my hands on this awesome Seventeen magazine from the 50s. I adored the style back then , so cute! I love that you are sharing this with all of us!!

This is such a neat find! I find stuff like this fascinating as well. I found an old book from the 50/60s that said we would be living on the moon by 2000. It was so neat seeing how people then thought the future would be like.

I have literally no way of explaining this, but your ASMR is cold. Your whispers specifically, and I mean it in a good way too lol. I like to have my room freezing cold before I go to sleep, so some asmrists have 'warm' or 'hot' asmr or whispers to me, and I can't fall asleep to them. I don't really think it's purposeful, but it's so nice to me lol. I hope someone else knows what I mean so I don't sound like a freak :')

Why yes, I do watch ASMR to relax in the evening. I also have a Helix Sleep mattress that I bought two years ago. By far it is the best mattress I have ever owned! Soft enough to be comfortable and cradle my pressure points, but still able to support my body.
If you can get it on sale and with a promo code, it can be a reasonable investment!
