The problem with Montenegro for someone that needs to travel a lot is actually maintaining the residency permit. Montenegro has extremely strict physical presence requirements to maintain residency.
@@traveleconomics If you obtain Montenegro residence permit through real estate you have to spend min 9 months in a year there but if you obtain a residence permit being the director of your company, you can just stay less than a month in a year to maintain residency (SOURCE : personal experience)

The countries you mentioned here seem to be attractive. Albania as first choice because easy to travel other countries in EU area, and 2nd option Turkey. If properties are cheaper why not buy a 1 br condo in both countries and shuttle between the two countries. Saw vlogs on Tirana and seems like a good oprion in Albania. Can you do a video on the Tax implication of staying in the counrtries you mentioned for US citizens.

I think not that much. Let's say that in Croatia I do not see any room for appreciation (apart from inflation), a little bit of room for appreciation in MNE and much more room in Albania.
That's not correct. It depends on your citizenship. Most citizens of countries with a free economy and free ownership rights to foreigners can also buy property in the balkans and become owners as individuals without opening a company.
@@shehleeza it is because Pakistan restricts foreigners to buy property in Pakistan. If foreigners could invest in real estate in PK without restrictions, you'd be able to invest in real estate in Bosnia.

The main purpose entrepreneur seeking for second residency is that they don’t want to be taxed worldwide income while they are living there. Would be great if you could make a video about countries that have territorial tax system like Panama for example where residency is easy to be obtained. Thanks again for great videos you make
@@Alex-lk6yv It depends on your individual situation. If you are paying 40% taxes on your income in your current country and you can move to Montenegro and pay 9% on your worldwide income instead of 40%, it is quite a good deal.

yes, you are right. You either travel a lot or spend all the time there to keep renewing it.
