Hi Adam, I'm late to this channel but I find your videos very helpful and you make it simplistic. How can I get the lighting to illuminate my roof dormers?

Hey man, welcome! I appreciate it. You have to use gutter mounts...well if you have a gutter in front of the dormers.

Hi Adam, thanks for all of the great tips! What is your opinion on burying conduit for landscape wires?

    • @aklighting8292

My apologies, I missed this comment. I think burying conduit is great idea. There are people who do it. The reason I don't is because its a lot harder to install and that's a lot of conduit.
Also, it would be much easier if you had good dirt to dig in. Here in Texas most homes have rocks in their dirt, and it would take awhile to bury the conduit. For me, the cost in time wouldn't be worth the potential wire being cut. Hope that helped! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Question: At about 2:06, you're using a tool to help you actually bury the wire. What tool is that?

It's a type of weeder tool. Its the longer version so you can use it standing up.

You don't say how deep to trench--about how many inches?
