As of now it's not working as intended, It should just be 1/4 of your GC damage to yourself BUT it became 1/4 GC damage per Monster that is hit which is why it is dangerous to use the skill if there are so many monsters. I don't encourage everyone to reset skill just to remove Grand Cross, as of now we'll just wait and see what Devs can do to fix the bug.

😄 I prefer crusader using shield rather than holy cross type.. because I prefer to be a bit tanky and can disrupt the front lane during WOE. Yes, there are sacrifices if the goals are different.But for the grandcross type, it's not bad if you focus on str without INT, the important thing is high P.attack. Someone has discussed it and tried it on the sea prontera 7 server.
Question: I am purely F2P. I chose acolyte and now a priest. I have a lot of INT and magic attack cards now, is it worth it to switch to Monk? Or better Crusader?
@@korrsten I think its better to stay Priest but if you got tired of Priest I think the better one is Crusader. Monk will switch to STR/Agi late game with auto attacks.

As I have said on the video, the main formula of Holy Cross and Grand Cross is INT. Str will be just optional for PATK because they still need PATK for the secondary formula of HC. Just get PATK on card album, enhance,refinements etc. and just focus your stats to INT, LUK and VIT.

Yeah, when you use Grand Cross you might take more dmg. So it's still situational.

It's a good spear for ASPD Auto-atk Crusader. Might be relevant if you have very high ASPD.

Every monster damaged by grand cross gets you -25% if you use on a mob you'll be dead instantly.
Yah, I noticed it lately. Too bad I think it's bugged as of now, that's not how GC works with sacrificing HP.
I thought this is a bug also and will be fixed soon. It also makes me instantly dead when using GC in mobs - revisit sunken ship. Not how GC works.
Had to reset skill due to useless GC. Just go max faith for hp and holy reduction on pvp.
