correct me if i remembered this wrong. but afaik size penalty doesnt apply to magic attacks. atleast thats how it is in the old PC ragnarok. and i also tested this in game using book vs staff against anubis which is a large monster, and both the weapons perform similarly.

as far as i know, all skills that scales with atk suffers from size penalty, skills like bash, sonic blow, mammonite etc. and matk skills like bolts, storm gust, holy light already ignores the size of the monster. magic attacks are broken in this game, back then you cant increase the damage of your magical skills by using racial, element or size modifier cards. thats why wizards back then only uses quad dex staff/rod.
@@Zoltan671 OB card works different here in TRO, the Lex aeterna is a duration debuff to the enemy not just a Single hit. If you have a Blessing buff you can deal 50% more damage to the enemy that has lex aeterna.
Pros - Higher Single Target damage than Wiz because of Free cast(lower cast delay) -Very strong element buff (Domains and Endowment) Cons - Lacking in AoE -Domains and Endowment needs Ores which are rare to get(needs Leib Olmai card) or you purchase it through Market with Diamonds.

I forgot that you need the Mistress Card so you won't be spending gems when casting domain skills!
