I played seasons 1-5 on repeat every day at work. I think I've listened to the show at least 389 times. It's really the best show. I travelled to Hawaii the year the final season came out. Obsessed! 😅 I can still recite every line even now.

7:04 onwards is possibly the real spirit of Lost and why it was so good! IMHO. Also I loved the idea of the flashbacks and seeing different character´s lives and motivations.

Dexter Game of thrones, unparalleled design in set, costume, and world building. Breaking Bad had the best chemistry, direction, pacing, story, and acting in any show ever, period. Mr. Robot is the most culturally relevant show ever, pulls influence from fincher's Fight Club, and American Psycho, and mixes it with hacking. It's amazing. True Detective Season 1 is an amazing allegory for light vs dark, good vs evil, and human psychology, all in a twisted mcconaughey nihilism. Soprano's is the best mafia show ever created, objectively in length and quality through its awards. Walking Dead is an ambitious project that gets better as the years go by, as they have practically unlimited storylines to draw from, with the manga. Daredevil season 2 is probably the most action packed show with cinema grade quality in its camera work and choreography. Jon Bernthal killing a dozen prisoners with his hands as the punisher is something to behold. Then seeing his motivations as a widowed father, truly gives him a human element that is missing in most superhero movies. Lost is probably one of the longest scifi shows ever conceived, with the obvious exception of star trek and doctor who. Each season lasted 20 episodes and were an hour long, filled with characters that stood out from one another, had a history before landing on the island, which is explored. It truly is an intriguing and character driven show, with mysteries around every corner. Dexter was great up until the last few seasons. Unfortunately after Rita's death, the show started going down hill. But despite this, it's a unique plot that keeps you rooting for the anti-hero.
I haven't seen this show in forever, but I've seen every episode and enjoyed it all the way through, despite a lot of the questions being seemingly answered as we expected. Although, there's a depth to this show, if you look for it, with biblical and human nature references. The show has really good characters that stand out from one another, probably more than any other show I've seen. It's not nearly the best show I've seen, that goes to Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, and Mr Robot. It's just a solid story with well fleshed out characters that are distinct from one another. Also the show is very long which can be a good thing, seasons back then lasted 20+ episodes.
I've only just finished watching season 1 and looking at this makes no sense to me. All these new characters....where do they come from? What is that submarine thing? What is the smoke monster? SO MANY QUESTIONS!! I NEED TO WATCH THE REST
I have never watched the walking dead. It's about zombies isn't it? Lol! There isn't a TV show that can even compare to lost. Those that hate on it have probably never watched the whole series or don't understand the depth of what really happened. I wish I could go back in time and watch it for the very first time again.

Wow, sounds boring to me. I too like lost because it has everything in it. Love, suspense, adventure, mystery. I could go on and on. It would be amazing to be able to forget lost and watch it from the beginning not knowing what happens wouldn't it? I'd pay money for that. Lol! I may even watch it from the beginning as its been a while. I'm just watching Dexter on Netflix. That's really good. It has surprised me. No were near as great as lost though 😀
