The business policy of this dudhwala people was not fixed that's the reason why they was not having their straight forward strategy They were completely distracted from the right track because they have been also involved in so many other products like groceries which was out of their capacities. This all above mentioned reasons because of what they failed in the business. So please be focused on a one single activity and be a single minded

I can relate..... I made 26 lacs in a single year and wasted all my money like anything and now I am in complete debt, my mind is freezed and my bank account is in just a hundred rupees. Always track your expenses and don't spend so much money on your personal interest.

Being an ex employee, milk was a low margin and wastage business and poor technology backend to identify loss, high salary for non performing asset who couldn't procurement as per tech capabilities, cash burn on coupon codes, no high margin items along with milk, no market activities funded by brand, high fleet cost.
Actual the real problem was that they were working as an affiliate. They had focued on giving milk from vendors to customers, insted they should focus on making their own dairy house, parallel with working with vendors. They should focus on stronging their distribution network. And their positioning should be only pure milk and not cost effective milk. Financial management was a big failure.
Agar ye mordern style me dairy ka brand launch karte to bahut accha hota aur inka franchise pure india + out of india me expand hota jaha har chiz customer ko fresh milta milk, ghee , makkhan , paneer
Funding should have been invested in new milk dairies which should be owned and operated by company . Looks like short of future plans and vision . Premium milk workable .
