I randomly found them 2017 in weekly idol and i immediately suga caught my eye and I loved taehyung's laugh. it was hard having a bias and I loved everything in the group. danger was the song that got me into them
You are one of the only groups of people who have actually watched this and made sure to read everything and pay attention the whole time. I've noticed anytime more than 2 people try to watch this , half the time they don't actually absorb the information. I know you guys watched this a while ago and know more now, but thank you for uploading this 💕
This isn't really well edited tho..they put so much random stuff and clips which the new audience might find boring. Idk who recommended this but there are some better introduction videos about them among newer videos
@@A-fa645 this is the introduction video that 99% of army actually prefer new BTS fans to react to. This is basically the only one people will even recommend since it goes the most in depth about not just BTS as a group but also each members personalities and talents.

Xceleste's hardship vid is a good one tho...bt the reason i don't like it is tht she goes thru some really crucial hate and imp stuff really quickly that u cant grasp it properly and she also doesn't mention the fandoms and companies and grps tht kept shitting on bts for years...ik many ppl might hv diff opinion on this bt i think we shouldn't be "humane" and respectful to them when those fandoms can't even respect bts as humans let alone as artists.
Like the most of army I watch it all and they all really good but I’m part of 99% who recommend Taylor guide she did a amazing job and is the most accurate one,but I would recommend you guys to react to BTS hardships by XCeleste too

This guide introduces the members in the order they joined BIGHIT and BTS starting from NAMJOON to JIMIN. *Also, the words “Hyung” = “Older brother” and “Dongsaeng” = “younger brother” in Korean but since RM is leader he goes first then its Oldest to Youngest.*

Ages are a little off. RM and Jhope are 28, Jimin 27 and v is turning 27.
For some reason even RM seems to be confused about his age saying he's 30 this year when his Korean age will be 30 next year.
Although they call their older brothers, 'hyung' they wouldn't refer to their younger brothers as 'dongsaeng' but would add, 'ah' to the end of their name. So they all call Jungkook, 'Jungkook-ah' to be polite but these days they usually just call him, 'JK'. I think I'm right in saying that. The Korean hierarchy terms are confusing.
@@pyejammiesfanfic640 Lol thats just how they do things, they haven’t stopped using their Korean age system on top of the global age; they just don’t publicize it much anymore especially google but they still go by their country’s own aging system. There he is considered 30 since he’s 28 (29 years old in Korean age) which makes him 30 in Korea already and same goes for JHOPE. I don’t think he’s the one confused but everyone else that don’t fully understand the Korean and global age thing.

Yoongi (Suga) is a straight up husband material judging from what we see 😂. He's incredibly generous and mindful of other people and often does stuff for others without being asked and then gets embarrassed when someone thanks him 😆. He also cooks and he's handy too. It kind of became a meme for ARMY to comment "Yoongi, marry me" on BTS' vlives and then other BTS members made it into a whole thing they're probably not letting go anytime soon 😂.
Yoongi is like a father to them all. They all want to please him so much.

I can totally relate, I have the same reactions as RJ 😂 "ohhh my goodness" everytime. They all are so talented and to see where they started, where they came from.. They're a real family and it so pleasant to watch them (in any context). It always makes me smile tbh !

Guys actually media and many people has always been saying that "oh this grp is the next BTS" and this has been happening since BTS became famous in America so like for 5-6 years. But in reality there has been no group that has even touched the achievements and impact of BTS. Because as we all army's say that BTS is BTS and there is NO NEXT BTS as they are very very unique and not a typical boyband or k-pop grp.
BTS make there own music, write personal lyrics, share their life with their fans, love their fans unconditionally and bring people together due to music. This is not the normal casee in kpop. Most of the k-pop groups don't write their own music they just sing what there company give them and their lyrics are not deep at all.
And it is really not at all easy to create a fandom like ARMY. It took BTS literally years to be where they are today And We all army's are very loyal to BTS ☺️💜

They lived together for over 10 years. Their first apartment had only 1 bedroom. They moved into bigger apartments over the years as they became more successful and they finally decided to live individually just a few months ago.

I thought I could pick a bias but I became what is called OT7 in the Fandom because what I realized is, that whoever is holding the MIC, is my favorite. Jimin, V & Jungkook; 3 of them were still in school in the beginning of their careers. They all lived together until just recently. They raised each other. I can't wait until you see 2 performances together. UGH & Cypher 3. These 2 performances were in their last concert called, "Yet To Come," in Busan. You have to see this. Thank you for the reaction. JK says he was15 when joined. However, Korea doesn't count age the same as we do. He was actually 13. Jin was 18 and as the oldest hyung he and RM ( as leader) raised him. They did a very good job.

I've been ARMY since 2016. And I've been aware of them since their debut in 2013. I've watched both BTS and ARMY grow at an amazing rate. The world wide attention they started getting in 2017 was truly amazing. And honestly, I don't think the guys were expecting the attention they received. But more than that, I don't believe they ever thought that they would have ever gotten to where they are today without ARMY beside them.
Now believe it or not there are some people still out there who either don't know who they are or don't want to know about them. My sister is one of those ppl. Now keep in mind gentlemen I am 50 years young. And my sister is 6 years older (acts 15 older than me) and thinks I'm weird for liking not only k pop but a group of men that are too young for me in her opinion. Now she has the right to her opinion, and I'm not trying to change her mind. However, I know that I'm not the only person older than 30 that listens to them. I am also aware of all the people of all age ranges, gender, and nationality that the guys have helped with their lives, music, and other content. I'm not going to allow one person's ignorance to stop me from enjoying their music or knowing how much they have helped many of us climb out of that black hole a lot of us have seen. I will forever be grateful to them for giving ARMY the biggest light that the guys shine on us...

Well, I was a couple of months short of 65 when I came to know them and was 65 when I started to appreciate their music. And I was the only one in my family. The younger ones are blinks. Since retiring, I'm here in yt, busy watching videos of them, catching up on their music. I was an old soul loving the 60's,70's & the 80's and not even remotely liking rap more but now

Just an FYI Jungkook was only 13 when he started with BTS. He was 15 when they debuted, turning 16 shortly after. He does have a complete sleeve on his right arm.
In Korea every month many groups come out from small and big companies but in all the KPOP history there has been no group that rose to the level of what BTS did in Korea as well as international.
In Korea each year 1 or 2 groups release song that become famous so the grp becomes famous but BTS released bangers every year and it's been 10 year that BTS has been consistently been the most big and famous group and keeps on breaking new records and that is not common in kpop
BTS characters and personality
RM = is smart, mature, has leadership, while on the other side he loves nature and art, forgetful, clumsy, tend to do everything broken.
JIN = is funny, talkative, good at cooking, on the other side he is quiet and shy.
SUGA = is cool, swag, quiet, mature, and warm.
JHOPE = is bright and cheerful but he is actually serious and quiet when performing and alone.
JIMIN = is cute, sexy, kind, attentive.
V = is mysterious, artistis, chill, classic, vintage, romantic, social butterfly, friendly, weird, he has a vibe like Lucifer and Joker.
JUNGKOOK = is sporty, strong, energetic, cute, determined, rarely gives up.
now I'm crying. It's the first time I watched that video guide and it warms my heart. We've come a long way. thanks for appreciating BTS and ARMYs!
As an ARMY since 2015 I've seen BTS get famous step by step. It was never easy they had their up and downs but they still did it and to this day I can't believe how big our Family has become. These guys really worked hard and ARMY did their best to support and protect these boys. I'll Forever will be grateful for them, they helped me to love myself and become the person I am today. They genuinely have been the best people before and after their Fame.

Thanks for watching this properly, through to the end, and paying attention. I watch too many people who don't seem to be paying attention at all, talk over it, gesticulate quite wildly and take their eyes off the screen. We all learn in different ways, so I get it, but I do find it a bit frustrating to see them miss so much excellent information and Taylor's hard work.
This is an excellent introduction and currently the most up to date about BTS' work and personalities, but of course there have been some big changes since May. Currently they're working on solo projects (likely to continue until 2025) because they all need to go into the military for their mandatory service. In fact, they were all desperately in need of a break when they announced this in June, which is understandable. The pressure they have been under for the last 12 years (including the earliest training) is immense, and us with more "normal" lives can't begin to imagine.
And, yes, until April/May this year they did all live together, and said that was hard too - though it led to the strong supportive bonds they have. Now they each have their own place, and they are surprised by how different they are from each other and from how they were when they lived together. We sometimes see glimpses on Instagram - mostly Joonie's pad, for the art.
I enjoyed your personalities in this reaction, and glimpses of your relationships together. Obviously, you still have a lot to learn, but plenty of time. BTS will be back, and in fact - because of the solo work - they will hardly be away at all! And in any case, there is sooooooo much to see and listen to already

Small correction, even though I personally see them as 7 rappers, 7 vocalists, and 7 dancers - some fans still seem to forget to add the sub-rapper and sub-vocalist when it comes to listing who’s who. *BTS is a group multitalented all-rounders because each member has several different roles.*

I won’t ever say my bias is better than any other member. RM is built with charisma, and brains to go with. He’s got EQ and IQ. 😂 and despite all that he’s selfless and humble. There’s definitely a reason why his amazingly talented members look up to him.
I enjoyed watching you guys, You have a real good vibe. And more importantly you actually listen and learn. I have a lot of recommendations but the best way to go with BTS is starting from earlier footage to more recent. There is a show they did as their younger selves called American hustle life. It is footage of their first trip to America. You guys may want to check out it is a series. I will be following you guys and Good luck with your channel!

Everytime i watch people reacts to this my pride and joy is beyond but then My tears pours like non stop and my heart is filled with love but also the pain i felt towards them how they struggles from the starts and faces hardships specifically how industry treated them. I am very much thankful that we BTSARMY from loving them( I since N.O era sept 2013 up to now) from the start few armys only up to the top thanks to all armys we became huge because we support 7 best Talented boys.
Forever BTSARMY as i never liked nor spent too much time towards someone because of a sing Only BTS catches my attention and ill support them up ubto the end of my life.
I am thankful that they found me when i am at my lowest point that i never imagined i well come out alive that ill survived from it.

at first I knew BTS because of its good and cool music, then I was interested in the lyrics and messages of positive and inspirational BTS songs... then after a marathon of listening to BTS songs and watching RUN BTS at that time I decided to become ARMY... until now can't go a single day without listening to or watching BTS content

To answer the question regarding how common this is with kpop groups, there’s endless amounts of groups. What sets BTS ahead of all of them will always be their talent + unwavering gratitude to army, and their connection with each other. That’s the magic mix. So many groups try to emulate it, and there’s a lot of groups who do well too. But I wholeheartedly believe it was fate. BTS were meant to be a group, and they were meant to show so many of us what hard work truly is, what team work truly is, and above all- what loving yourself truly is. There will never be another BTS. They will go down in history as the ones that paved the way, and the ones who did it right. 💜
