Porsche 991.2 (911) RSR GTE - Best of | 4.2L Flat 6 | Pure Sound & Highlights | Le Mans 2023

Porsche's final GTE car, and whilst it's not as loud as it once was, it still makes an excellent noise from the 520hp, 4.2 Flat 6 that we've gotten so use to Porsche using over the years. Not a lot of people know that this is also a mid engined Porsche 911, the first one since the GT1 special of decades past. Porsche didn't have the most ideal showing at the Le Mans Centenary in either class with GR Racing taking the highest spot of 3rd in GTE (not bad for a car that hit the barriers hard at the Porsche curves as rain fell) ahead of the all female Iron Dames car in 4th, and Rexy surviving as the last Porsche in GTE in 7th. All others would retire, mainly through accidents in a particularly crash prone race, many at the hands of errant LMP2 cars, changeable conditions or in the case of a luckless Michael Fassbender, just ran out of talent.
