12 best Minecraft Shaders to bring a 3080 Ti to its knees (2021)

- Minecraft is not exactly famous for its looks. The blocky low-res cubes, which form the world of minecraft are not everybodys taste
and also things like water, clouds or fire can look a bit clunky for some. However besides the ray tracing upgrade for Minecraft's Windows 10 version
there is a ton of shaders, which completely change the game's look and appearance. However shaders require sometimes loads of work from your pc
and can bring even the most pwerful system to it's knees. We tested twelve of 2021 best looking shaders for the java version in terms of looks
vs performance and framerate. All the settings have been turned to the max except for antialiasing as it doesn't support shaders and
anisotropic filtering as this brings the framerate down no matter what, and would interfere too much with the testing.

Who the hell uses 48 chunks of render distance
Yo uso 8 o 12 máximos XD._.
Hay gente loca que se les ocurre usar 48 o 64 (que son los que hay ahora creo)
Una locura sin duda alguna XD
someone who knows nothing about minecraft
me cuz i like making my pc struggle
@@cgplays9only if you have sodium installed , or you don't run shaders and have a powerful cpu
@@cgplays9 yeah okay, lets rewrite the question: who the hell uses 48 chunks with some extreme shaders on? Like bro, the max amount of chunks you may need are 24, 48 is completely useless and stupid to utilize, there is a 0.1% of probabilities that you will actually need to see THAT far
Is it actually playable with not that crazy high render distance? Max seems a bit to much or nah? Think i have like 22as max.
Yes probably, I'm pretty sure max render will fuck any pc unless u have a processor from the future
I can run Sonic Ethers Unbelievable Shaders 75 fps with 12 chunks on a 1650 super and a R5 2600, with a couple mods.
I just want to point out that the render distance is at max. This will cause any pc to drop FPS while playing this game. I would really like to see another video with significantly less render distance. As an owner of a 3080 ti, I think this video does not serve justice to what it’s truly capable of.
I was missing this channel, i am glad you are back
Remember when we used to get 60fps with shaders on.
When I put my render distance to 29 in single player I get like 50-60 fps in 1440p144hz with my 3080 ti. I have a 9700k for now, would that be the cause?
increase the amount of ram you have allocated to Minecraft. on default it's 2GB. increase it to like 8GB or more if you have more ram
Quizá deberías actualizar el procesador, o asignarle más ram al Minecraft!
name of the video: 3080 ti
video description: 3080
u should use it with iris and sodium and u can get like an ez 150 + fps
damn anything below 60 fps is literally unplayable espacially minecraft
You spoiled brat you can even game at 24 FPS
@@walterwhite6216 you can game with 10 fps too, but its a shitty exp! enjoy you gaming with 24fps while everyone else plays with smooth 60 or even better 144fps. just because you enjoy your low standarts, doesnt mean we/he are/is spoiled.
@@Edmo96 it was a rofl, boomer
Even a PC master racer cant run minecraft, PC peasants
@@Samurasa. Yeah, Minecraft Java has a bad optimization
Epic video!!!
Thanks for sharing this video, the work is amazing, I tried to decide which texture I liked the most, but the truth is that they are all perfect and I liked them all. More videos like that please.
Voyager shader 2.0 is out now !
how? i have a rtx 3080, ryzen 7 3700x, 32gb ram 3200mhz and i still only do 100fps in normal minecraft without textures and shaders, how did you do? with my old gtx 1060 I was doing more fps, can you help me?
Make sure you have the system requirements for rtx 3080
@@Netrayon101 i got it
@@davidetanasa6668 or maybe that the graphic card clean is and the newest version is
@@Netrayon101 dear if i have a mid to high end computer trust me i checked basic stuff i am not that inexperienced the problem is i can't get minecraft java to run as it should, all other games / software run smoothly
@@davidetanasa6668maybe lower the render distance?
Very cool
go from 450 fps to 35 fps for this visual gain! the ratio is bad
@Shia Lebeouf: Life Coach También debe ser por la mala Optimización que posee Java. En cambio Bedrock (la versión de Windows 10) tiene una gran optimización, es increíble.
If you really wanted to ruin your FPS you should use SEUS PTGI ray tracing shaders
You aren't really "bringing it to its knees" on normal terms. Nobody runs Minecraft on 48 chunks, with shaders enabled and expects 60FPS gameplay. It's all about optimization. And render distance and chunk loading is heavily dependent on the CPU and RAM. That has nothing to do with your RTX 3080 Ti...
I have a gtx 1650 and i use BSL shaders
XD its not RTX 3080ti its just regular 3080
And SEUS PTGI?
It works in 837fps for me
@@Floomfs no way
original minecraft RTX is better with dlss
so what's the use of the shader if it can't run on the best graphics card in the world?. not every body has that kind of graphics card
He set render distance to 48 chunks which is wayyyyy too much, normally you'd play with 10-20 chunks. I played with shaders very comfortably on my old GTX 770
I played SEUS PTGI shaders (The path traced ones) on my Rx 5600xt with no problems or major drops. 16-18 chunks rendered. Its just tune the optifine to fit the capabilities of the pc
you also have to consider that it was recorded in 4K resolution! (2160p has four times more pixels than 1080p)
Well I guess everyone has there own configuration on how they want to play. unlike me, my PC can't even play Minecraft
First
3080ti is useless
Nah candyland are just inexperienced modders. Watch Hodilton's minecraft videos instead. Looks 10000x better.
