My mom and dad agreed that I can go to Korea for further education but then will only let this happen if I score above 90% or at least 90% in 12th board exams and as the education system in India has changed I will sure score good marks and make my future bright and represent INDIA as well.

The best thing about you is that you didn't change your dietary habits even if you live in "hell for vegetarians ". As an Indian Vegetarian living abroad ma samajh sakta hu aapka struggle
"Hell for vegetarians" could be said about Japan since in their daily diet, the only vegetarian thing they eat is Miso soup & Rice 😅. Ek Indian UA-camr tha jo Japan mei rhe raha tha usne ek video apne channel pe dali thi jisme Japanese khane ke bareme unhone information dikhai thi. Usme wo UA-camr to Nonvegetarian tha but toh bhi usne bola tha ki wo chicken ke alava aur koi non vegetarian chiz nahi khata. Usne yeh bhi kaha tha ki wo sea food ko to bilkul haat nahi lagata kyuki wo log to literally raw fish use karte hai apni kuch kuch dishes mai (for E.x. Sushi, ramen ke uper ki ek fish topping jise Narutomaki kehete hai etc.). Only one vegetarian thing they have in their cuisin which is "Soba" which is literally "Brown Noodles" made up of wheat buck & served with soya sauce. Us soya sauce mai bhi fish stock dalke milta hai jise "dashi" kehete hai. Kai resteraunts mai wo log bina dashi wala soya sauce bhi dete hai but unhe pehelese order dete hue hi batana padta hai 😅. Anyways, Korean cuisine mai compared to Japan jyada greens dekhne ko milti hai so it's not really "Hell for vegetarians"
P.s. BTW, ye "Hell for vegetarians" goes perfect with China 😂

So it's not easy to stay in India that's why lot of Indians go abroad.

Sonal,cheek acne is mainly due to dirt,which could be from your pillow case,your phone touching your cheek,your hands touching your face,pollution and most importantly dandruff from your hair,if it’s mainly on your jaw it’s hormonal,and please don’t take antibiotics too often,continue your probiotics they’re good to build up the good gut bacteria you lost from taking antibiotics,hope your acne clears ❤️
Eat neem leaves the small ones and also apply paste of neem on your pimples it will defineatly work😁

Then i take it seriously then i wash my face 2 times in a day with a facewash that suits me . Leave oily foods. Eats more fruits.doing some exercises it helps me alot to clear my skin
Have warm water in morning empty stomach and wait for 1 hour then have breakfast and also chew food properly.
That works for me.

The food you're consuming is called dead because it's not fresh...Even the one which you cooked on your own, look at the ingredients, ready to eat it out of packet. Hence, acne and gut health problems.

Mai bhi vegetarian hu aur mereko diary se immediate reaction hotha hai. Mai south Indian hu aur India main kabhi nahi rahi isliye bola hindi acchi nahi hai..hhh...anyways I really enjoy your videos but decided to comment because I know how frustrating it is when living abroad with foreign friends and being a vegetarian and unable to eat certain foods still! It's good you know how to cook Indian food and now some of Korean foods. I suck at cooking so I eat lots of vegan meal prep types simple foods and also drink smoothies. Such foods save time and are extremely healthy. Wishing you good health and happiness!!❤❤ wish I could meet you one day!

I speak from experience. Just keep your surroundings clean. Change your covers and pillow case everyday. If you cover your face with your duvet change that too. Wash your makeup brush the one you use daily, what that brush everyday. And sometimes makeup also reacts. Mac foundation use to break me out like there is no tmrw. Before period I break out too. Excess sugar and carbs break you out too. Since you follow a vegetarian diet that means you over do carbs, sugar and oil. Also, I use the astringent eskinol and it really helped. I believe doing these things and changing your diet along with the facials doctor recommended will give you a permanent result.

Hi Sonal I have been through the same and here the Doctors suggested me below routine which i have been doing from last 4 years and I am really happy and no breakouts
Wash face with Cetaphil cleansing lotion and then apply La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo cream then in the night before bedtime use la Roche-Posay Micellar Water..hope it helps and absolutely diet is mandatory for your skin

I love oily and spicy food so much that so many times I just ignore my skin because I don't care much. I just eat what I like. And in truth I Don't do any makeup and any care routine. I just studied myself and I found out that my pimples cames when my periods are near and goes with it and my skin becomes clear again 😁.

Omg the same problem with me ,dairy products, salty,deep fried, spicy food makes my skin prone to acne then I changed my diet and try bioderma goosh I'm satisfied now ,hope it helps :) drink a lot of water for vitamin c eat fruits

Apply just half spoon haldi mixd in 3 spoons of milk. Make a paste and apply it every night and dry it off for 30 mins and then wash it very properly trust me it works very fast try it once

No it's not normal. It's better to cure as soon as possible before they get worse.
Acne is not the main problem, the main problem - "scars" due to acne. And the scars related treatments are really expensive.
So its better to take care of diet and skin. 🌸✅

For pimples eat less oily n drink a lot of water.. Specially in d morning when u wake up drink 2-3 glass of water on empty stomach n then hv ur breakfast after half hour atleast..you'll find a big difference
