That smoothie looked really nutritious wow! I like to freeze blueberries and raspberries over night and then make a sorbet in the morning ( without sugar of course). I also add chia and wheatgrass to add extra nutrition.

no hate or anything but honestly i am really really surprised alot of people all around the world seem to use almond breeze as the go to brand for almond milk. I've tried it before & I was really disgusted by the chemicalish and weird taste. Ive tried heaps of brands and tbh the best ones ive tried are 'so good' (unsweetened of course), vitasoy & bella terra. they're pretty affordable too imo

I do the same thing with the spicy ramien! I just add like 1/2-3/4 of the sauce packet 😁 and I also add vegetables to it. It's so delicious!
