Esther and Ndung'u met 20 years ago, when they were in primary school, at a village in Nyandarua, where they both were church youth members.
Esther made Ndung'u wait for 3 years before she could say yes to his proposal and Ndung'u was patient enough to wait for the love of his life.
"Our honey moon is the one the most memorable things in our marriage. That was the first time I experienced love and felt like a woman.... It was a moment of both tears and pleasure," Esther says happily.
"We are blessed with 4 children, but the one living with disability is the one my husband treasures most," she adds.
