Could we get like a 30 second video of the episode where Starbuck goes missing and he asks his father what if it was him? That's like one of the most touching moments ever.
"If it were you, we'd never leave."
Still cannot get over that Jamie Bamber is British. I do love how close he & EJO are in real life.
Always thought Jamie Bamber was an aussie...
'Keep jumping' always cracks me up, haha :D
The hug during the miniseries is probably my favorite moment, so much raw emotion without a single line of dialogue.
Yep, amazing.
Seeing, hearing, your parent crying with such sorrow is one of the most terrifying experiences you can have. You always view them as your rock, your unlovable force that takes care of you. I had to witness this of my Mother after father left us, and her pain is still with me to this day.
This series took my whole heart. Perfection.
Agreed.
Best show ever on TV
i watched the series 3x
I watch it every year as a tradition. Feels like the first time all the time LOL.
@@uptownmurda Me too
1:44 „Keep jumpin‘.“ Admiral Adama is a savage lol.
Not seen this all yet. But waiting for the scene in the first season when they are thinking of leaving Kara on the planet
Lee “And if I was down there?”
Bill “you know we’d never leave”
Great scene.
Apollo: You know, sometimes it feels like the whole ship thinks, uh, Starbuck would do better.
Adama: I don't.
Apollo: How can you be so sure?
Adama: 'Cause you're my son.
@@cfmontolio Another great moment
In my opinion, BSG is one of the greatest television series of all time. I have watched it at least 10 times and have introduced it to over 15 people who absolutely loved it.. Each time I've viewed the show, I've seen something that I had missed before. Things that may foreshadow future events and stories or add more depth to that particular episode. Truly a masterpiece.
John Fordham I’ve got 3 sons. One is approaching teenage hood. So I channel my inner Bill Adama
Such a rollercoaster relationship and always great to watch.
Such a wide range of Father Son dynamic...great show!
Lee's fat suit was awesome! lol
From what I'm told, it wasn't a fat suit.
Adama hugging Lee always make me teary eyed.... I miss my dad... we are not on speaking terms since a couple of years
It's not my business but I'll do it anyway...
Speak with him please, I've a brother who won't speak to his parents and it's slowly killing them. I see it everyday.
Where was "A good Lighter"? One of the best moments in the Series
One of my favorite relationships on series was father and son’s complicated one. These amazing actors make you forget they are acting. Love when the father tells son , Don’t mAke me cry.
Yes, I tested up each moment that they showed they make for each other. Loved these actors’ performance. ❤️🥰 loved this series.
Still a more healthy relationship than Luke and Vader
I agree, hand being chopped off is one thing I can live without.
At least these two were able to come together again before one of them died.
“Now I want you to turn around and get your fat ass outta here.” Funniest line of the series by far.
Missed one scene between them when Adama learns from Colonel Tigh that Lee was still alive from Part 2 of the Mini series thought to be Killed by Cylon raiders Lee enters his dads quarters look at the picture of him, mom and Zack then Adama enters and hugs lee before he could leave and lee face as they hug was happy to be as father and son again great moment!!!
Even though there is obvious tension between them at times and their views put them at odds every now and then, they still obviously care for each other. They even drop their animosity for each other the moment one of them is in danger.
Bill Adama was the man ❤️
This was a great series. It's good to see old clips
This video is very touching.
6:26 congratulations Adama, you planted a bomb on the Pegasus
7:58 really, why would you cut it?! Wasn't that the moment Lee was going to announce to the deck that Adama was departing and everyone would salute? C'mon, you guys always cut the scenes short from their most emotional moments (typically not more than 10 seconds after the cut).
Correction: Adama was going to announce Lee was departing, anyhow that was one of the best scenes in the series.
who cried at 4:20?
Me...
yes!
Never understood why Lee and Bill never decided to settle on new Earth together. So basically Lee is going to roam the earth alone until he dies.
Right?! This is what I’m saying! I’m so mad at Lee’s ending, how he doesn’t get to experience the planet with anyone he cares about because they all left or died. Like he and his father both lost the love of their lives, I wish they would’ve hung out with each other, bonded over that and helped each other through their grief, instead of both being alone.
No lighter scene? :O
3:35 Dad not my PM. Trust but verify Dad.
What happened to Lee? Why did he let himself go?
He got married.
Duala says it herself, he's a soldier and he didn't have a war to fight. He had nothing to live for anymore so let himself go.
He married his second choice. I remember Dualla’s look in unfinished business when lee and Kara were hugging! She knew the marriage was over!
@@tammymartinez7488 Yep. This is the crux of it.
Turn around and get your fat ass out of here! Freaking love it
Fat Lee is funny
