Completely restored my 1983 Yezdi D 250 Classic at Chennai in the first week of March 2020 and am happily taking it for long spins. Just cannot describe my joy.
My first new motorcycle was a Jawa 250, bought from Pride and Clark, in Brixton, London in 1963. It was very reliable, comfortable, cruised at 60-65 mph and still returned almost 70 mpg. Some 20 years later, in Australia, I bought and restored a Jawa 350 twin, which I kept for the following 12 years. Unfortunately, the modern Jawa is not sold in Australia, or I would be sorely tempted to buy one.
Waoooooo .... Throughout all the words I was connecting with my new jawa 42 ... It's just 1 year she is with me .. but I can feel what all this people were saying about this bike .. yes I had rode oldest jawa of the country too .. and I shld say jawa is just specular.... Love jawa ❤️
Childhood memories with this bike, sitting on the tank in front of my father. Still whenever I see the vintage somewhere on the road, it just makes me happy and this video brought tears to my eyes, it's an emotion! Love Jawa!

Mahindra almost ruined the name of jawa. Quality of product is not same in every unit plus how can they do such mistake of seat lenth and jawa was never meant for only short people. What i can see is mahindra has done nothing its only the love with jawa which is pulling these people
