You're not alone Isabella when it comes to having a hard time putting feelings into words. How to express myself in a way that conveys my real feelings has challenged me my whole life and I think that autistic people in general have a hard time with this. Add to that is the fact that many of us were given the message growing up that we needed to stuff our feelings to survive. You are right on track with what you shared toward the end of your video. We can learn from each other and encourage each other. I know that watching videos of autistic content creators like yourself has helped me immensely to understand myself better including those mysterious feelings we have been dealing with. I'm glad you could share some good times with your kids. Good ramble.
I haven't thought about why I don't know how to talk about how I feel sometimes, I've just assumed no one cares and maybe people think it's irritating. We learned to suppress it and maybe that's why we struggle. I want to get better at translate my emotions into words.
love the editing))) ok so since you asked, I love the birds and nature sounds, more please. my only comment is that your music is pretty loud relative to the rest of the video, and I have to turn the volume down as fast as possible haha. or like toward the end, the music is drowning out your lovely voice. I didn't say it before because I don't want to come off critical. I really enjoy your nature walks and hearing your thoughts, and would enjoy to see and hear more
Thank you for mentioning the volume of the music, I've been thinking about that and sometimes I raise the volume of my voice but I think I need to do some more work on that!
