One Breath Rising Presents a reading excerpt from "A Strange Celestial Road" with Ahmed Abdullah

We had a wonderful time with master trumpeter, Ahmed Abdullah, as he recounted his two decades of touring with the great Jazz musician Sun Ra in his new memoir, A Strange Celestial Road: My Time in the Sun Ra Arkestra. The evening consisted of equal parts story telling and music and is not an event to soon be forgotten.
