I thoroughly enjoyed Makanda Project's show today. The music never disappoints, the players are so talented, and the dancers were entertaining. Thank you all for this presentation. We here in North Carolina needed this.

Wonderful Abby. I miss both Terri and Stephanie. Special people, Terri especially gave so much. She was always rooting me on! Meeting them both and helping all with Thomas Night Bird Song, was a lasting experience for me. Thank you as well for including me in this clip, with the photo of Terri and I. :) Though I never met Thomas, it feels like i knew him, from all the love, dedication, and devotion he had from so many and from the music he gave us all. Thanks for all involved with One Breath Rising for getting this wonderful Anthology "At the Crossroads" together and published and for letting our voices be heard in this Zoom. A very fine collection of poets and writers and a celestially exciting cover! I am just getting to hear everybody now - as I was at another literary event when it took place. I was able to Zoom in and Zoom out to do my thing without hearing anyone else. So WOW! Thanks E.J. for hosting and Joy for your tender reading. Sorry we couldn't hear from Abby. From the moment I first heard Darryl at a Cornelia St. Cafe reading - I was blown away by him. I wish I had known him earlier and longer. What a sad loss. A Thank You to Christopher Dean Sullivan for playing his bass along with my singing - though I couldn't hear it. I'm very flattered!
