A lymph node in this area can swell due to infections or inflammation. Ear infections can cause regional lymph node swelling in the submaxillary or upper neck area. Please follow up with your doctor.

It's in the upper neck, I think submaxillary region, I had an ear infection days before 5 month ago my ears are still itchy idk if Its related
