- This video is a step-by-step tutorial on how to tie a Double-Pass, 5x4 Turkshead Knot. Also included in the video is the process of tightening the knot and then hiding the excess cords after you are finished. Please feel free to comment or ask questions.
Your demo of the 5x4 turkshead double-pass knot was the best that I found. All the others were not under stand able. Thanks for making it so simple.
Your method is very clear visually. (Some other vid's I've tried following were like trying to weave baby Moses' reed basket out of a NYC slum rat's nest.) Your explanation is concise and effective. (Some other vid's I've tried following were like Chatty Cathy dolls on quadruple strength espressos with waaaaaay too much sugar. iknowiknow … What's a Chatty Cathy doll? Google it.) I said all that to say this. You did a good job making this vid. And you taught me something. Thanks.
And bless you for explaining how to finish it off.
Thanks for your tutorial best one I have seen
Great job, makes it much easier to understand how to tie. Thank you...
Thanks, Sgt. Rock. It seems like I spent forever trying to learn this knot. But one day, it just clicked. Happy Tying.
Ill echo others...I watched snd tried to follow about 8 other videos...this worked the best. Thanks a ton man

Thanks nan, I got it.
the best!!!!
nice man
great video, would be helpful if you would keep what you are doing within view of your camera tho.
Every tutorial I’ve watched on how to tie this a cursed knot, I’m romping away nicely and then just for a fraction of a second, the cord and fingers go of screen and that’s another attempt down the pan
Try this one. Better camera work. Good luck.

did you ever thought to put the light in front instead of at the back of your hand?....
Good explanation, but stay within camera shot! Too hard to follow when it goes off and on camera
Can’t do ir
You should keep your hands in view of the camera because at the critical point you lost me because your hand goes off screen.
Tooo match tolking
Too close to the camera!
