It's not possible to get it on the current patch. If there is, I don't know a method for it.

Can you remove the gun belt in save editor and how?
You can remove the gunbelt in save editor, same way to remove the satchel, off hand holster and knife sheath which I made a video on. Except you use the Unknown 26 slot.
