Mc (Yagami) and Kuwana (dark green jacket guy) fight each other for spoiler plot reasons
But basically these two are 2 side of the same coin, each believes in their own form of justice. Yagami believes in the law, and Kuwana doesn't and he's basically the punisher but with martial arts.
