Great video! I tried buying breakouts before and it is a horrible strategy, it works for people with big accounts and big share sizes, they buy 10,000 shares and scalp 4 cents to make $400 bucks, but that does not work with a small account, buying dips works much better, way better risk/reward ratio! By the way, great job making the video entertaining!

Buy low, sell high Buy red, sell green Buy wholesale, sell retail I'm learning to avoid buying tops. Human nature is to buy on a green day with 10% gap up at a 52 week high. But that leads to a huge cliff downward. I look for something with a strong trend and established trading range. Strong established supports to fall back on. I try to buy on a small pullback. Obviously no knife catching. But just avoiding buying at the top or at the extremes of the trading range sets me up for a greater probability of success. By the way, my name is Mike. I love these videos.

Great video. I used this strategy and turned $4,600 into $10,500. I'm long on a trade right now that I think will make me $10,000 when I close the position. It's up $1,600 right now. Planning to hold until late Summer.

Nice in theory and mostly hindsight. However In reality you never actually can know the bottom otherwise everybody would have been doing it and we all were millionaires. We live in an uncertain reality and so far it goes for the stock market. I would suggest to deep buy not one stock but several penny stocks. Thus, one in a time would bounce and you collect the profit. Regarding the other ones you just wait for them to bounce or average down a little bit to better your chances of risk/reward. I called the coalition strategy. You hold a bundle of sticks or stocks wrapped together
I made the mistake of putting my stop loss exactly at last support with hertz and it literally stop there, stopped me out then proceeded to blow up. I learned my lesson that day.

Hello Humbled Trader! I really like your channel... so funny, educational, honest, and refreshing. I really want to begin swing trading while I still work my 9-7 job but I’m unsure where to begin as far as learning properly. I want to start with a small account ($10,000) and try to build it up. Do you think I can learn enough by just reviewing your videos, or should I also take some sort of course? Right that's timing and execution and you got day traders than you have swing traders so swing traders might hold a little bit longer that day trader cuz they might do it in 2 weeks day traders are in and out at the end of the market each day but a lot some people just leave their stock open and actually make it an after hours so there's a million different ways and the end game is if you can predict like a stocks going up or down you can do that through tactical analysis or you can just on any way you can do it I mean but the thing is you can get burned one way or another up or down if you don't read the stock market right so it's all
Good video. Something mentioned in the video but should be emphasized, the dip buy strategy should only be used in the mornings where emotions are still high and where there is a lot of audience. Trying to do a dip buy play in the afternoon if you're day trading, has a much higher chance of the dip falling even lower than your anticipated resistance. Also, traders should look to cash out fairly fast on a bounce play and take quick profit, remember that you're not buying on any real strength in the stock price, but rather on the need of trapped shorts looking to cover. Unless there's a strong fundamental case for the stock, there's no reason to hold it for too long with this type of play or you might find yourself staring at a dead cat bounce and kicking yourself.
Yes you are right I have a good chart but I get to impatient. I want to get in early because I have to go to work. I lose that way. I have to be OK with not seeing my full set up and not trading that day.
Right the worst thing to do is the shortest stock and then find out you're caught in a bowl trend going up that's when you really lose your shorts so when you the thing is the bull guy is going to buy in the dip and then wait and he might ride the down dip by more and then he rides it back up but when you get burned is when the stock really goes short and then you're a bull and you have to get out and then you lose you're horns so you have to know what the stock's going to be bullish running up the stairs jumping out the window or whether it's turning into a bear market going downwards
