Im 20 years old, literally never played a guitar, and barely ever touched one I thought it was too late for me learn guitar by now, so i never considered trying But after watching this i started saving money and bought my first guitar a month later so i could learn to play Now im 1 week in, learning by myself (with a little help from friends) wish me luck guys
Update 2nd week I've managed to get accustomed (kinda) to my guitar I can now play some basic chords like A, Am, D, G, E, Em now im at the point where i still struggle to move from chord to chords Progress kinda slow, but i'll try my best
Almost two months now, mastered all the basics chord, still can't do bar chord though especially with my cheap high action guitar But finally able to play this song, at least the strumming part, still trying to nail the second verse notes but hey im going somewhere

In about a year or less i managed to play this song including the fingerstyle bit, i can't sing while picking the guitar at the same time like he does though, i think he was amazing for being able to do that. Learned some pentatonic scale. And managed to play barre chords. Managed to play Every Single Thing by Homeshake and Fur Elise by beethoven. That's the 2 hardest song i've learned. I find that strumming isn't really my style and i prefer reading tabs. It looks cooler too lmao. After that progress got slowed down and i slowly lose interest because i was busy doing other stuff :( But hey, thanks for reminding me i might pick up my guitar again!

Yea the new album gave them a few more good catchy songs but nowhere near the experience of Humbug. Once you give Humbug a chance it'll grow on you and you'll just be addicted to just about every song.
