Had a thought recently. Clone commandos trained stormtroopers, which leads one to expect that the commandos passed on how they were trained: flash learning, simulations, live fire exercises, and so on. Clones had their whole lives to train, yes, but growing at double the rate of a normal man, that's 10 years. The youngest recruitment age for stormtroopers was apparently 13, so if they spent their teens training and graduated at 20, that's 7 years of training. But clones wouldn't just start doing live fire training, marching, drills, and combat exercises as babies and toddlers. Their bodies would need to develop a bit first. Some military cultures forced children to begin training at as young as 7; and I think clones at 3 would equal a normal 6-year-old physically. I like how this seems to even out. Stormtroopers are supposed to be the best soldiers in the Galaxy, according to Ben Kenobi.
I think the problem was the helmets. I mean the clones had visors and they have two eyeholes. Which gives off the bigger range of view? The visor right? Most likely the real reason their aim sucks is because you can barely see In the helmet

Not too mention a good chunk of the stromtrooper corp was regular people that decided too join VS Trained from birth.
I see what you are saying but I must correct you, the CIS was intended to lose but this did not make it an easy fight for the clones. I will tell you why. The CIS had to seem like a serious threat so that the Chancellor could get and keep emergency powers, and so that each victory would be seen as more and more impressive which would boost Palpatine’s image in the senate. The CIS was actually empowered at certain points so that Palpatine could convince the senate to ignore all the decisions he made which gave him more power, and he would hinder efforts from the Republic at certain points to allow the CIS to gain an advantage to scare the senate. I know this game didn't put imperials against clone wars (in a battle context) so it doesn't matter, but I think the clones would've totally smoked the storm troopers had it been purposefully more accurate.
here we can see exactly how game design from different genres influence the AI behaviour, so, because the clone troopers are the first enemies the protagonist cal encounters it only makes sense because of power progression, that the enemies encountered early on would be weaker in some way, in this example, the clones have less accuracy, missing their first shots, also as you can see in the fight against the walker, when more than one soldier (in either side) is focused on the same target, only one soldiers will shoot at any given time, which makes sense in a single player game, also all troopers fire their full volley at a single target no matter what, even if the target is dead, all these mechanics wouldn't be present on a strategy, or fps game, maybe not any other genre even.
I guess the original idea was for the stormtrooper/clone and pretty much every other enemy to fight Cal your main protaganist and usually you just reflect or block the incoming shots with your lightsaber So the A.I fires multiples rounds in succession so the player can "feel cool" essentially refecting or redirecting blaster bolts....obviously wasn't intended for fighting one another.
I like to think that the story behind these battles was that there were some clones that resisted their orders to hunt down Jedi and are now rebelling against the Empire

9:53 Ouch his leg going wrong
here we can see exactly how game design from different genres influence the AI behaviour, so, because the clone troopers are the first enemies the protagonist cal encounters it only makes sense because of power progression, that the enemies encountered early on would be weaker in some way, in this example, the clones have less accuracy, missing their first shots, also as you can see in the fight against the walker, when more than one soldier (in either side) is focused on the same target, only one soldiers will shoot at any given time, which makes sense in a single player game, also all troopers fire their full volley at a single target no matter what, even if the target is dead, all these mechanics wouldn't be present on a strategy, or fps game, maybe not any other genre even.
I feel like the only difference in the AI is the stormtroopers being more agressive
Seems the reaction times on the Stormtroopers is faster, meaning they change targets faster when their target is defeated
Merrin is just chilling 🤣🤣
Jumpscare Belike: 3:56
Clonetrooper: AYO
The beginning of this video already made my day
If these clones were voiced by Temuerra Morrison, the outcome in 100% of the battles would have been a victory
Why they keep firing at the same spot after their target is already dead
Hard to see out of the helmets?
I guess the original idea was for the stormtrooper/clone and pretty much every other enemy to fight Cal your main protaganist and usually you just reflect or block the incoming shots with your lightsaber So the A.I fires multiples rounds in succession so the player can "feel cool" essentially refecting or redirecting blaster bolts....obviously wasn't intended for fighting one another.
@@PeterAnthonyIHay very good point
Faulty Ai, most likely.
cause no one had a dc15 a
Was really hoping for one of the clones to say "Just like the simulation"
This is the fight I’ve been wanting to see for a long time
Bruh you did my boys dirty, no way those bucket heads bet the clones. I want a rematch with the 501st, 104th, and 212th
The iconic wind sound
I like to think that the story behind these battles was that there were some clones that resisted their orders to hunt down Jedi and are now rebelling against the Empire
The fact that the stormtroopers can hit stuff scares me.
One of Palpatines biggest mistakes besides thinking vader wouldn't turn was getting rid of the clones id bet my life the empire wouldn't have lost
3:45 “ GOOD SOLDIERS FOLLOW ORDERS! “
Well boys this might be it at least we’ll go down fighting like a clone should
As much as I love Stromtropper, clone troopers are the best
You have the Stormtroopers more stuff or something. In reality, the ST would lose badly against the Clone troopers.
This makes sense considering stormtrooper comes at the later levels.
This makes no sense clone had way superior training and accuracy as well as being genetically modified so in a real situation the clones would have a much greater advantage
this just proves how good stormtroopers aim actually is
Meanwhile Star Wars Battlefront made the clone troopers as the good guys and stormtroopers as the bad guys
Stormtroopers: "You cloners have been labeled as traitors for The Empire"
Clone Troopers: "Our allegiance is to The Republic. TO DEMOCRACY!"
Yes!!!! The battle I’ve wanted to see wish they had some melee fights. Thank you for uploading and making this happen.
It would be fun if we could have Warhammer 40k Space Marines or Imperial Guard come to the Star Wars universe. It would be an exciting fight.
Stormtroopers might be stronger but is their armour cooler? Nope.
Saw Stormtroopers winning (happy noises)
If there was a meme for this video it would be the one where it goes
WHAT ARE YOU AIMING AT
thank you xD very much for make this fight 👍🏻👌🏻
Changing of the Guard in classic Battlefront 2 be like:
Finally, I've been waiting for this kind of video!
Me too
The AT-ST is really good at crowd control. Also wasn't expecting the Stomies to win when the Clones had the higher ground.
Stormtroopers can actually hit their shots
Anyone else notice they shoot in the same spot 15 times before they switch targets
3:53 this has me rolling lol.
Officially there never was a Clone Rebellion on Kamino...
even when literally shown stormtrooper victory, clone fans just can't accept it
Lol right?
They’re too busy gobbling up jangos meat
@@angelic_disappointment7889 considering Jango beat a Jedi with nothing but some snow and his helmet....yeah.
I noticed the clones seem to like to run toward the enemy first. The stormtroopers just stay put and shoot them while the clones are still moving.
Love that clone trooper armor!
Finally realistic battles. One hit equals death
4:04 it's magic
4:04 Meanwhile Merrin is unfazed by the whole fight, it's just a Tuesday for her
Wait a minute… these stormtroopers can aim! This ain’t right
Tell that to the Game Developers
Wow that's different because normally stormtroopers can't shoot straight so my first guess was going to be the clones wining because they know how to shoot properly
In the star wars clones better stormtroopers
how slow you wanna fly
blasterbolds in fallen order: yes
Stormtroopers Are Badasses
Clone troopers too
Clones IRL would win 9.5/10
I love this video, im subbing. Amazing work! This is honestly so entertaining, keep up the great work!
Thank you and welcome to the channel 🙂✌️
