Preach it on the rushing of the holidays / seasons! I’m so with you! I love the fall and I love Christmas but I want to enjoy each season! Now don’t get me wrong, I was totally getting sucked into the Christmas decor at Hobby Lobby yesterday but I remained strong😂 I’m more than happy to wait until after Thanksgiving to break out the Christmas decor!

I hope you feel better. I totally agree about the holidays. Our stores put out Christmas decor at the same time as they did Halloween. I am not a big Halloween lover but it seems that Christmas just gets earlier and earlier each year. And we are rushing our life away. We all need to slow down.

I hope you're feeling better soon. My grandson has the stomach virus now, I'm staying away, lol. I had it last May, I caught from my son's family and it was wicked. I don't start my Christmas decorating until Thanksgiving weekend. I like to give each holiday their own special time. Retailers get everything out so early, some places had it out in July. It's too much. We're all ghosts and Jack o'lanterns here now, then turkeys and finally Christmas. Everything is so commercialized! Enjoy Autumn and Halloween! 🎃🍂🧡🍂

I hear ya with the quality of the couch, I have the same as to with my bedding I just bought a new headboard and boxspring and I am not liking it and now idk what to do. That meal you made does look delicious 🤤 it’s something I can go towards too bc I got myself a nutritionist bc I was type 2 diabetic but gotta watch out for my A1C levels and that seems right up my alley. Hey Friend, Happy Saturday. The stomach bug is going around everywhere, I hope I don’t get it. It’s at my work center and a lot of people have to be out for a couple days because of it. 😅😢 I hope you and your family feel better soon. Sickness is never fun especially the stomach bug. 😢 I absolutely love how this video was more vlog style and there wasn’t too many voiceovers. 😊 I feel like people are rushing holidays and I can’t believe they’re already talking about Christmas as well. I don’t decorate for Christmas until the end of November. 😮😅 my brain stops working after a long busy day at work because my job is mentally exhausting. 😅🎃👻

Omg I had one too, and I ripped it off mid fever last week when I wasn’t feeling good because I kept feeling it on my head and it made me mad 😂😂
@whitneypea Omg! Haha! 😂 Yep, I'd have done the same. My bedhead is really high so if it falls, the pumpkins that are attached to it will smack me or my husband pretty good. I'm probably taking it down this weekend. LOL!
Same with rushing holidays, unsubscribed to several channels cause I just can’t watch all that and any I kept I skip that video that has decor hauls or decorating ideas for Christmas already-I’m like weather here is barely turning fall like and I’m going to enjoy every bit along with my candles-if I’ve seen one a floral dupe stem on one channel, or the viral balls, or the viral vase, or pottery barn dupe this or that, I’m ok with just one time and I feel like everyone decorates the same with all of the same decor-we eat leftovers, groceries are way too expensive to throw food away and we don’t have that luxury-love your channel, and I hope you feel better 🙏🏼
You’re right - everyone decorates with the same stuff! It’s kind of annoying! I’d really like to thrift this year and see if I can find any vintage stuff. Or homegoods I love to shop at because not every homegoods has the same stuff! But yes we are big on leftovers here too - you’re right. Food is way too expensive!!

Don’t worry about trying to keep up. I went through a spell of feeling that way. I learned ignore what others are doing because it just brings me anxiety and stress! Who needs that as women we deal with enough, we don’t need more piled on us!

Thank you!! Our house was brand new when we bought it 6 years ago but we’ve made a lot of changes since then. Changed the kitchen, added the fireplace, built ins, etc. it was very builder grade when we bought it!
