Hey everyone, this is a Mutton biryani recipe that I filmed a while ago. I wanted to post it so you could all try it out and see how it turns out. I hope you enjoy it!

Mutton Dum Biryani :-
INGREDIENTS:-
Mutton Marinade process:-
1 kg Mutton(with bone),
200 ml Curd,
1 tsp Red Chilly powder,
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
2 tbsp Biryani Masala,
Mint leaves(one Hand full),
Coriander leaves (Half hand),
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
1 Lemon Juice,
Salt as Taste,
Mix well & Soak for 60 mins,
Biryani Making Process:-
150 ml Gingelly Oil,
75 ml Ghee,
8 Cardamom,
10 Cloves,
1 Cinnamon,
2 Bay leaves,
4 Onion medium Chopped,
3 Tomatoes Chopped,
5 Green Chilies,
50 grm Ginger Paste,
75 grms Garlic Paste,
Soaked Mutton Pieces,
1 kg Biryani Basmati Rice( Soak for 20 mins) (5.25 cups Rice),
10 cups Water = 5.25 Cup Rice(1Kg),
Cover & Cook for 5 mins on High Flame,
After that keep the Dum on low flame for 25 minutes...
