  • 1). Raw Jackfruit 65 Recipe:-
    INGREDIENTS:-
    Raw jackfruit cubes (Boiled),
    1tbsp Ginger garlic paste,
    50g Chilly chicken masala,
    2 tbsp Corn flour,
    1 tbsp rice flour,
    1 tbsp gram flour,
    1 Lemon juice,
    1/2 tsp Salt,
    1 tsp Cumin powder,
    1 tsp Pepper powder,
    1 Egg,
    1/2 cup water,
    Mix well and soak for 30 mins,
    Oil for Fry.
    2). Pineapple Fried Chicken Recipe:-
    3 Pineapple slices,
    1 tbsp Mr. Gold Coconut oil,
    5 Kashmiri Red Chilies,
    1/2 Onion slices,
    1 tsp Red Chilly powder,
    1 tsp Coriander powder,
    1 tsp Cumin powder,
    1 tsp Pepper powder,
    3/4 tsp Salt,
    Cook for 8 to 10 mins on medium flame.
    Then cool and grind well,,
    1 tbsp Corn flour(Additional)
    1 tsp Gram flour,(Additional)
    1 tsp rice flour (Additional),
    1 kg Chicken legs,
    Mix well and Soak for 2 to 3 hrs.
    Oil for Fry...
    3). Bihar Champaran Handi Mutton recipe:-
    Mutton Marinade:-
    1 kg Mutton
    1/4 cup Mustard oil
    2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
    1 tbsp Coriander powder,
    1 pinch Turmeric,
    1 tsp Cumin powder,
    2 tbsp Prepared Garam Masala
    5 Whole red chilli
    1-inch Cinnamon stick
    5-6 Black pepper
    5 Green cardamom
    1 Black cardamom
    1 Bay leaf
    2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste,
    250 g Onions sliced
    Coriander leaves handful
    3 Whole garlic bulbs
    Cook and Dum for 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs on low flame,

    600ml Hot water,
    Biryani Gravy Cooking time 20 mins,
    Cover and Cook for 2 mins High Flame + 20 mins for Dum,
    2 tbsp Peanut butter,
    1 cup Milk.
    9). Mexican Chicken Recipe:-
    1 large Orange
    2 limes
    50g Butter / Olive Oil,
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    3 tablespoons smoked paprika
    1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
    2 teaspoons cumin
    2 teaspoons oregano
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    2 teaspoons kosher salt
    1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
    Chicken - 1 whole chicken,
    Marinade for 3 to 4 Hrs,,
    Place in the cooker and cook on medium heat for 60 MINS,
    Then roast the chicken on fire.

    1 tsp Asafoetida,
    Salt as Taste,
    300 ml water

    Groundnut Oil for Fry...
    12). Cluckin Fried Chicken Recipe:-
    INGREDIENTS:-
    2 Chicken legs,
    300ml Buttermilk,
    1/2 tsp Salt,
    1 tsp Pepper powder,
    1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste,
    Soak for overnight,
    Spice flour Ingredients:-
    1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
    (1 cup Maida, 1/4 cup Corn Flour, 1/4 cup Gram flour),
    1 tsp Paprika,
    1 tsp Garlic powder,
    1/2 tsp Ginger powder,
    1/4 tsp MSG powder,
    1 tsp Oregano,
    1 tsp Thyme,
    1 tsp Onion powder,
    1/4 tsp Mustard powder,
    3/4 tsp Salt,
    mix well
    Oil for Fry.
    13). Tawa Tofu Roll Recipe:-
    200g Tofu Cubes,
    1 tbsp Curd,
    1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder,
    1 tsp Coriander powder,
    1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
    1/2 tsp Cumin powder,
    1/2 tsp Pepper powder,
    1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste,
    1 tbsp Mustard oil,
    1/2 Lemon Juice,
    1/4 tsp Black salt,
    1/2 tsp Salt,
    Mix well and soak for 30 mins,
    Tofo Stuffing:-
    1 tbsp Butter,
    Marinated Tofu,
    1 1/2 cup Capsicums (Red, Yellow, Green),
    1/2 Onion cubes,
    2 tbsp Fresh Cream,
    Salt as Taste,
    Cook for 10 to 15 mins on low flame,,
    14). Veg Fish Fry Recipe:-
    INGREDIENT:-
    1 Huge Plantain (Boiled),
    1tsp Kashmiri Chilly powder,
    1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
    1/2 tsp Pepper powder,
    1/2 tsp Cumin powder,
    1/4 tsp Salt,
    1 tsp Ginger garlic paste,
    2 tsp Cprn flour,
    1 tsp Rice flour,
    2 tbsp Tamarind liquid,
    splash Water,
    Mix well Soak for 10 mins.
    and dip the spice pieces in Semolina.
