This channel is maturing brilliantly. Informative, clear instructions, amusing, practical and easy to follow. It's unbelievable that a TV producer hasn't spotted it and pinned them down to do a mini series yet. I imagine it would be extremely popular.

I always boil my beef, pork and chicken, before adding them to the wok. The beef/chicken/pork stay tender and juicy, and the sauce of the chow mein coats them lovely. But I will try this way and compare them.
Keep up the good work and keep making excellent videos.

We'd ever boil the beef as you loose loads of flavour for juices you render out, but if that works for you that's great :)

Oh man. I made this dish last night with the velveted (?) style tenderised topside beef and it was incredible. It gives it a lovely smooth texture and it's very tender. I imagine boiling the meat would give it a more gritty texture.

Well Chin and mum, tonight’s delight was Beef Chow Mein (with sauce) and once again it was amazing. I need to adjust the liquid content as it was a wee bit too soupy (if that’s a real word) but the flavour was again up the road takeaway. Beef prepped as per your instructions and the dish by the book. Thanks again guys, the adventure continues 😀 Any idea when we might see Salt and Pepper dishes. You two are awesome, keep it up and thank you. T

Made this last week with the 4 tablespoons of soy and it was like tar. Total disaster which went in the bin. Tried it last night with one tablespoon, what a difference, really tasty. Thanks for posting.
