I may be wrong, but why don’t you turn the barbell row accessory around on the barbell sleeve, as it appears ,it’s offset for that reason, then you should be able to load your plates in front,..
Thanks for the idea of the 60” bar, that will save some room. As for your Rogue landline handle you should reverse it and put it on first then you’ll have plenty of room for your plates.
how do I log the weight of the barbell in a landmine exercise? if I got a 20kg barbell, do I log that as half the weight, since i don´t lift the whole barbell in a landmine exercise?
Hello Elisabeth. Sorry for the lengthy delay in responding to you. About the same time you replied with your question, I was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. I’m currently finishing a round of chemo and radiation. Odds of long-term survival are very poor, but I’m determined to be the anomaly. If you still need your question answered, let me know and once again, sorry for the delayed reply.
@@plantED Hello, I just stumbled across this video and your reply. Wanted to drop in to say I'm sending you all my good juju. Hope you and the family are well. ♥️
@@plantED I actually have a garage gym and I just started utilizing a tennis ball in the corner but thinking of taking the step up. You can get one hell of a workout in with that landmine
Thanks for the heads up and sorry for the delayed response. About 2.5 months ago I was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. I’m 3 days away from finishing my first round of chemo and radiation. Odds for long-term survival are very poor but I’m determined to be the anomaly.

Is the landmine powder coated?
@Garrett Martin…yes
Awesome video brother your gym setup is dope! Do you think the landline would work with 2 35lb plates being the weight or do they need to be 45s?
@Nick Colosanti…thanks my man! 2, 35s should work fine. It’s a game changer having it, especially since it’s portable. Are you building a home gym?

@Nick Colosanti. Right on…totally agree…you don’t need much. Mind muscle connection and time under tension! Stay safe and well!
You didn’t use the rogue bent over row attachment correctly, it goes on first and you had it backwards in your video
