+Bob Turner I thought that show was garbage and so is this, but garbage the you want to keep looking at. I personally enjoy the painfully awkward "business" scenes of Ray and Weymi. They're too dumb to be embarrassed by their own lack of preparation or originality, but they are persistent and take initiative. Who knows how staged that stuff is, but the girls are doing or attempting to do real business that could affect their real lives, whereas the relationships last season were largely confined to the show. I think more refreshing and less claustrophobic to show their dealings than to have another season centered on contrived drama between strangers.

Digital marketing/advertising is a growing industry and there are a lot of opportunities, but it's also highly competitive as in it's hard to get your foot in the door as a fresh grad with no experience. If you would like to start off your career working in an agency environment (which I suggest you do), you should start applying for internships while you are still in school. Once you get into an advertising agency and you are able to endure the low pay and long hours for a while, it will open many many doors for you. By then if you wanna work for another agency or if you wanna work for individual companies, it won't be that hard anymore once you have that agency experience.

i know a few business card girls myself in my town. they use their parent's money to get the most beautiful business cards, the most beautiful websites and the most beautiful office spaces they can find, but their businesses aren't doing anything, just sucking up money. you can totally tell Weymi's that type of girl because in the last episode when she was seeing that lawyer asking about what name she wanted to register the business under, she said "oh, i've already got the business email address and the website name". what kind backward nonsense is that? you don't get website names and email addresses before you officially try to register your business name. that's why the lawyer asked you to give him three. because you never know if that name could be registered by someone else
The lack of direct interaction between the cast is extremely disappointing and unimpressive. As well as the repetitive content so far for the past episodes.
Show would be better if the cast actually had to be in the same room or situations together as was done on the 1st season. All the same I still find it interesting.
To see how the food waste composting plant works, im sure you interviewed the engineers and plant operators, not scientists. The engineers designed and built the plant. They write operation manuals to do O&M. btw, the subtitle put "composing" instead of "composting", too lazy to do a Google search at least?
Pam has got some real attitude (in a good way) but she should just chillax, be a lil patient, n not speak too harshly of the other girls (they r still fresh out from school anyway). Chelsea is looking prettier than the previous episode; her face glows with radiant! She's also grown more mature n lady-like after being preg. :) Diana's english isnt fluent or perfect (for she resided in canada for only 6 yrs n aint a native speaker afterall) afterall, but she is still a cute innocent child-like sweetheart. Im patient with her n hopes to see more of her upcoming "actions".As for ray, i think she is trying her best to exceed her capabilities to show her clients, the other girls (n viewers) that she is smart , talented n capable. She's still very young n at least, she has a good career start after uni. Given time n experience i believe she can succeed. (Im ok with all the girls here except for....:)(Lastly) WYEMI! Omg, epic failed (MAX)!
