THOSE BARACKS WERE CONSTRUCTED BY THE SEABEES, THE U.S. NAVY CONTRUCTION BATTALION. I WITNESSED THEM WHEN THEY WERE CONSTRUCTED WHEN I WAS WORKING THERE AS A CIVILIAN. THOSE BARRACKS WERE MADE TO LAST FOREVER.
