In 1967 I had the SDO Watch at Cubi when a small Typhoon came in Subic Bay . The eye came right over the runway and hangars . 10 minutes later it hit Po town , everybody drank warm San Magoo's that night cuz no power LOL

78-80 ... we used to frequent a bar in Subic City called "Stumpy & Gimpy's" as memory serves they were WWVN vets, on e missing an arm, the other missing a leg. Ice cold San Miguel is what we went there for! Also, the ambiance as well.
