Josh Van Der Flier on training routines, training with BOD and Ireland vs. England

Leinster and Ireland flanker Josh van der Flier helped his province to their third Guinness PRO14 title in a row. He is now hoping to kick on and play a big part for Ireland in the remainder of the 20202 Six Nations and the upcoming Autumn Nations tournament.
