One thing you should add is candle wax . Sounds weird but if you rub candle wax onto your tape on your stick wherever the tape ends, it prevents it from unraveling also makes it water proof and more tacky

Super late, but 2 sticks. Twin CEO's strung up with 4f, no shooters, mid-low pockets. My faceoff head is on a Dragonfly C30, and my backup on an ECD Carbon Gen 1. When my face off head breaks, I'll replace it with my backup, and then buy a new ceo as a backup. Keep the cycle going.

Yo GKL, question I'm a pretty bulk FOGO, but I'm new to the position and I'm now realizing that my wrist are is pretty barren (just bone). what exercisise can I do to strengthen the muscle in that are to add more muscle for protection when getting checked/facing off with a lot of reps? Also, are there any gloves that you'd reccomend that are pretty flexible for shooting but protect the wrist REALLY well? My current gloves are Vapor elite 3's which are phenomenal for shooting, but the floating cuff that provides ultimate flexibility for shooting is a drawback when facing off because your wrist have no support. -Thanks, Isa

You should use the evo pro elbows they are super comfy and fit like a glove. Or use the VFT elbows they are just like a sleeve! But they are great

We wouldn't recommend using either head but we have heard that the Stallion is the better of the two.
