How to Set Up a Portable Pipe and Drape Backdrop

- In this video we explain how to set up a DIY pipe and drape set from CV Linens. Although the set up may seem overwhelming, trust us, it’s easier than you think! We cover the basic pieces you'll need, placement of your portable pipe and drape set, step-by-step instructions, how to place drapes on, and some handy tips and tricks to getting the most out of your wholesale pipe and drape set.
Draping can enhance an area of a venue for any event, but the most common use of a pipe and drape set is for wedding backdrops behind sweetheart tables, cake tables, and other areas of interest.

Hi Theresa, we do not carry these specific chandelier hooks at this time. We are looking into getting them in the future as we expand our inventory. I don’t own a van or an suv. Will this type of drape fit in a regular car?
Hi there! most pipe and drapes sets will fit in a regular car are they don't come extended the full 8-10ft or however long your poles are. They do collapse and expand to lock in place when in use. Hello, how heavy are the bases? I'm looking for a sturdy set that has crossbars and could be used outside.

Each base has the weight in the description but we also have pipe and drape sets which come with the base you need for the height and width of drape set to keep it sturdy. How will I attach a chandelier to this backdrop

Chandeliers can be attached to the drape set with specific hooks that are wide enough to fit over the crossbar and that will support the weight of your chandelier or you can also use a wall mount hook behind the wall of the backdrop to hang your chandelier on.
